Dr. Ashirvadh Medical Center

Very good pediatrician we visited Dr.Gaurav Aiyappa. Thursday and Sunday the Dr is on holiday. Got our kid to nebulise instead of admission. 2 more general physicians are there too, orthopaedic visit also is there. As per the patients I had conversation with they are also good. Hospital is Clean, good reception staff, average nursing staff, clean place, inside is a pharmacy, 24hrs open. Parking a concern, staff coordination with customers or patients is a area of improvement. Night staff respond and Sunday service needs to improve.

This will be our first and last visit to this hospital. We do not plan to return, nor will we recommend this place to others. We visited this hospital solely because of Dr. Gaurav -- his treatment, professionalism, and hospitality are absolutely top-notch. We traveled over 35 km just to consult him. However, we were quite disappointed with the hospital's time management and staff coordination. We arrived at 11:00 AM for our baby's scan, as instructed by the hospital administration. The appointment had been double-confirmed both yesterday and again this morning. We were told the doctor would arrive by 11:00 AM, so we made sure to be there on time. Unfortunately, the doctor only arrived at 12:15 PM. While we understand that Dr. Aiyyappa had to travel from Mangalore -- and we respect that -- the wait would have been fine if the staff had managed things more professionally. While waiting in the lobby, we noticed that patients who arrived after us were being allowed in before us. When we inquired, the staff said those patients were "emergency and critical cases." However, we observed one such patient casually watching reels on social media and walking around -- clearly not in any distress. It felt like they were given priority due to influence rather than genuine need. This raises the question: what is the point of arriving early and following instructions, if there's no proper queue or seniority? That said, both Dr. Gaurav and Dr. Aiyyappa are excellent -- very well-behaved and highly professional. Our only suggestion is that a few of the hospital staff should undergo proper training in communication and queue management to ensure fairness and transparency.

My child needed some urgent care. Paediatrician Dr. Aiyappa attended to her late in the evening and thanks to him my child recovered well!Very courteous support staff helped get in touch with the Doctor while he was away!

One of the top paediatricians in Coorg is Dr. Gaurav Aiyappa. He has the patience to answer all of our questions about the newborn, and his advice has always been helpful. He is very nice and humble. I appreciate all of your services. Nursing staff also very friendly and responds on time

I admitted my mom for 10 days. Good doctor good physician Dr.Bopanna. I am happy with the doctor. Happy with the service. Even the nurses was very helpful. But it's too costly. Thts not a big deal because once my mom was cured and she was fine I was happy. So I am not worried about the amount. One main thing is the management very very worst. At the time of admission the receptionists and the manager doesn't inform anyone regarding their charges. After 7 days they started informing me about the charges what they are charging. So that means at the time of patient getting admitted if they inform regarding high costs they know that people will ask for a discharge and they will go to some other hospital where the cost is not so high. They are trying to trap people just to make money......Only about management rest about doctor and nurse everything happy......So i am requesting people to confirm regarding the charges before you admit any of your patients.....

We had a great experience at the Ashirvadh Medical Center. We were very happy with our consultation and vaccinations for our children with the Paediatrician & Neonatologist Dr Gaurav. The Center was very clean in spite of being so busy. The nurses and office staff were very efficient. Billing process was smooth. Thank you!

Best of the doctors available and quality medical care can be expected. Located in the heart of the town which is convenient for patient visits. Wheel chair accessible, visiting doctors and Para medical facilities is available. Environment friendly, clean & reception area is good. There is medical dispensary and reception responders are good..Nursing is upto standards & patient friendly. Ofrecent, counselling services for mental health care has begun on prior appointments. Overall, its good.
