Dr. Athreya Hospital

Jayatha madam is well experienced doctor , she is very nice to patients tooo. I felt very safe in my two delivery's . She I'll not go unnecessarily to c-section . Patients feel very comfort with her talks through out our pregnancy journey . But u I'll not feel comfort with hospital infrastructure .

Worst experience ever , felt very bad for my mother, especially Dr. Jayanta very careless and ignorant, very bad at communicating the issues and details with the patient, a veterinary doctor approach interms of treating patients ,not at all recommended. Lots and lots of improvement needed.

I got admitted to this hospital for my delivery during pandemic. So except my mom and hubby no one was allowed inside ward, which is good in a way. But the real problem is with the staffs and nurses. Let me explain in brief. * During my admission, the staff dint ask what name to mention in my admission details and mentioned wrong name and it made us hard to claim the insurance amount. * I had under gone c-section and as a new mom I couldn't feed my baby. It was the responsibility of nurses to help me with lactation. But instead they were rude to us and fed lactogen to baby. My mom alone couldn't take care of the baby and baby used to cry a lot. But nurses instead of helping us they were scolding us. * Every now and then nurses were changing and each would say something different. After putting drips they don't have time to come and check whether it's over or not. The drips was over and it pulled my blood on the tube. So my mom was going personally and calling them from the place where they were chit-chatting. Jayatha doctor is good but nurses are worst. Room and bed is also worst. During monsoon it's so cold. Air enters room from every corner.

Lot of improvement needed.. Worst infrastructure, Hospital fee is high like all private hospitals but the facilities very worst.. Government hospital is far better than this.. Hospital is running only because of Jayatha Doctor.. And there is lack of gynaecologist in virajpet so this hospital is running..

Doctors are well experienced and grt. I will be always grateful to them.
