Dr. Arogyadham Heart and Superspeciality Hospital

Happened in the date of 19th June 2025.... Feedback on Aaroghyadham Hospital: I am writing to express my concern about the poor management and lack of professionalism at Aaroghyadham Hospital. While the doctor was very good and provided excellent care and treatment, the overall hospital experience was disappointing due to the following reasons: The management team is extremely unprofessional. Staff members do not show respect to patients or their families. I noticed that an accounts person was acting like a manager in the middle of the night, which is very concerning and shows poor management structure. The cleanliness of the hospital is very bad, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. The security and support staff speak disrespectfully, especially toward people who appear to be farmers or from rural backgrounds. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable. Some administrative person come to me at middle of the night you have given some complaint letter on this but morning he is not there in the hospital Such behavior from non-medical staff takes away from the good work done by the doctors. I hope the hospital administration takes immediate action to improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and overall management practices.

The services that I receive from Arogyadham is excellent. Dr. Sandeep Nail and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends. Dr. Monika Nail is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr. Monika Nail and all the support staff. I'll keep this simple. Dr Shridevi Patil is the best Dr I've ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I'll never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man.

Very Good doctors team but noice polution is more than market from nursing staff and cleaning staff please control it because heart patients are here

Doctor's are good treatment is also good ... But some nursing staff is very careless don't response any patients concernations.. And general ward patients are heavy careless in your hospitalize.. i hope Doctor's take a good decision..
