My daughter was recently admitted, and we received outstanding care. Dr. Dinesh Hegde and Dr. Prithvichandra were incredibly professional and reassuring. The staff was supportive and attentive throughout. Truly grateful!

Worst hospital. ENT doctor is one hour late. This hospital doesn't take appointment in phone call. Sisters won't respond for our queries. They behave harshly with every patient. We requested for early visit because of a 6month kid at home. They even don't respond for that too.
Well maintained hospital.. staffs are generous, friendly and kind ENT specialist Dr Ramesh Hegde is so kind and treats very well..he gives medicine only if necessary Lab also have good facilities.. No proper parking place that's the main drawback..
When contacted through phone, the receptionist talks arrogantly. At least have some courtesy to speak properly. Please treat patients correctly as they themselves are going through problems. Kindly avoid being harsh with patients. I request you to follow certain medical ethics when you are dealing with patients. Please take some time in sensitising the staff as well. Autocratic behaviour of staff is highly objectionable and inappropriate.
there is no proper facility available here ,both doctors and nurses including cleaning gys have that much attitude... There is no response when you are very sick. . no body even response... My sincere advice dont visit this hospital. simply waste of time as well as money.
Doctor diagnosed very great I had throat infection and the ENT specalist Dr. Ramesh Hedge recomended some good tips which made my throat infection less to a quite large extent.
Dr Pratvi is Very good Doctor but hospital management and all other staffs shows very worst attitude...they don't know how to handle customers need proper training
I was with my baby who has fever.. and I had to come from the village ..and I was 10 min late.. the receptionist blamin me like "What time is it? If you can't come on time why you book appointment?"... It's not the first time I faced this kinda treatment. The worst experience ever.
