Very good experience with my mother's kidney surgery. We had a very positive experience with my mother's kidney surgery at this hospital. Dr. Avinash UK, the urologist, was excellent in diagnosing the issue and recommending timely treatment. He performed a complicated kidney surgery with great skill and ease. We are deeply grateful to him for his expertise and care. The hospital facilities were also impressive -- well-managed crowd control, a clean and spacious private ward with all necessary amenities, and a good canteen. All the staff members, both medical and non-medical, were courteous, attentive, and efficient. Their support made the entire process smoother for us. Highly recommended for quality healthcare at an affordable cost.

Very Disappointed - Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Hospital This hospital has completely lost its credibility. I've visited multiple times for my mother's treatment, and every visit has been a frustrating experience. Despite booking appointments in advance, the doctor is never available on time -- sometimes not even present in the hospital. Then what is the point of having an appointment system? The doctors show zero concern for patients, and the hospital staff is rude, careless, and totally unresponsive. You ask questions -- they ignore you. You wait for hours -- no one even bothers to inform you about delays. This is not just mismanagement, it's a complete lack of basic responsibility and ethics. Patients are made to wait for hours without any updates, and no one is accountable. How can a hospital function like this? The management clearly doesn't care about patient well-being. This is not healthcare -- this is harassment. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this hospital with their loved ones.

The hospital is well managed with a team of quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated, and I was very happy with the overall hospitality and hygiene standards. Both the medical and housekeeping staff were polite and supportive. Dr. Praveen and his team provided good advice care throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the discharge process, which took quite a long time. Streamlining this would enhance the overall patient experience.

Hoping for the result of Open heart surgery. Hospital is too hygienic. Price is concern for poor people. If they had BPL Card amount will be reduced. . . . . . . . . Staying inside the building during night is little breezing. So one must carry good blanket to stay. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Staffs are cool and not arrogant. They know how to treat a patient and taking a good care. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Rather than that I'm waiting and writing my first impression about this hospital while my family member is in operation theatre. . . . . . . hoping for the good result.

Poor Maintenance, and the discharge process takes a longer time, there is no proper process in place and no escalation metrics. Added few photos which showcase poor Maintenance, there are alot to capture. Doctors and Nurses are supportive but administration is a biggest flaw.

My father was suffering from heart problems .Dr. Balasubramani sir cardiac surgeon done heart operation CABG.the outcome of operation is very good. Today getting discharge with happily. The treatment given Dr. Balasubramani sir was very good very nice recovery. We r very tq full to Doctor and his team. Operation was taken in BPL scheme. That's was very helpfull. Akshatha madam was very helpfull and helped a lot. Staffs are good. Overall experience is very very good. Dr. Balasubramani sir team dg good work. Tq u all who taken care my father Razak.

I talking on behalf of Mr.chandrashekar who had CABG on 29th july under Dr.baala subramani sir ...im happy about all the aspect of surgery and post operative care too.... Regarding consultant ...im happy with all the care ...till the discharge... Advantage of this hospital is the location of the hospital ..no traffic no crowd completly pleasent environment over this area ...... I recommend DR.BALASUBRAMANI SIR for...cardiac related issue
