Your Vitals desk is very poor.Especially BP equipment is faulty and the staff does not follow method prescribed even in Apollo BP apparatus sold in market.Often BP measured here is higher by 30-50% causing anxiety.Luckily the eminent cardiologist takes his own measurement.You have to revamp 100%.

Excellent in all respects.Last 10 years me and my entire family members including my my married daughter's whole family members also have become their patients. Because of mainly two important reasons which we always count as most important for all of us.Firstly their all the specialist doctors render high standard of treatment for their correct diagnosis and proper treatment thereof.All these specialist doctors are highly qualified and versatile experienced also.Further they are very much amiable and responsive to all sorts of queries usually raised by any patient which boosts patient's confidence in feeling of speedy recovery. Apart from their such high level of medical treatment i appreciate very much about their infrastructure especially all types of sophisticated medical equipments the Hospital Authorities have arranged in every department of treatment for accurate testing of any sort of ailment for correct diagnosis of any disease.Further maintenance of time schedule of all medical activities right from attending of patient,medical check ups,medical tests,preparation of test reports etc all are monitored timely without any delay.The medical expenses for such high standard of treatment and medical tes etc are reasonable compared to others. Again their floors cleaning are noticeable. Total ambience of entire hospital is superb and of high standard.Last but not the least right from their doctors to all others particularly their non-medical staff like office staff etc are very much courteous and supportve.So considering all such aspects of ultramodern treatment facilities and high standard of medical treatment i think Apollo Hospital is ahead of all other Multi Speciality Hospital on Bangalore. I wish their all round development in the years to come.

When hospital is allotting slot for Radiation n when v reach before time why v have to wait for one, one and half hour? Already v r feeling tired n exhausted

Very bad experience. Any govt hospital is far better than apollo bannerghatta road. The radiology dept is hopelessly bad. Just for doctor consultation and scanning i had to wait from morning 9.00am to 5.30 pm. Only 2 machines are available for Ultrasound scanning and around 50 patients are waiting.

It Was As Usual Doc Was Very Patiently Studied Diagnostic Reports &Explained Necessary Advices Up Keepment Better Health .We R Happy .

UR administrative staff at counters & as guides should b trained culturally to be consistent in their communication & in a user friendly & impactful manner. Pl take this seriously as this message is voming from a 65 yr old corporate leader who has worked with the biggest of hospital globally

Hopeless experience during discharge.No proper facility.They dint give wheel chair we waited for 45min just for wheel chair

Overall a good experience Except taking any tests like ECHO and TMT take the whole day and creates unnecessary stress
