I had a very good experience at the hospital's OP pharmacy. The staff were professional, courteous, and quick to assist. Prescriptions were processed efficiently, and the waiting time was minimal. The pharmacist also explained the medication usage clearly, which was very helpful. The pharmacy area was clean and well-organized, making the entire process hassle-free.

Yesterday I took my brother to the Narayana Hospital Mysore for the severe pain in the chest and after consultation Dr.Keshavamurthy Cardiologist adviced to take a Echo test.I appreciate that Even in a hard rush the staff is managing every patient query very politely and humble.Also there is self check-in Digitalised screen is available to check the patient token number and enter into the lab.

The registration process is very good and fast here in Narayana Hospital, Mysore.They installed Kiosks in the front office it helps a lot for the self registration or appointment booking without any late.There is also a staff nearby to clarify the doubts regarding the appointment booking.I appreciate these kind of technology transformation in healthcare.

My care in the hospital has mainly been a fantastic experience and given the context I would say it has been very pleasant. Every single member of staff I have come into contact with have been absolutely wonderful and have given me so much respect and time something I really appreciate. The doctors are so nice to me and make everything so easy to understand. The doctors have been lovely as well and when they come in they treat me with so much respect and sat and had conversations with me which made me feel a lot more comfortable and all the speciality care doctor are very much well experienced and treatment superb

I visit NH every time I visit India from USA. My physician Dr. Naveen Kumar is a great doctor. The quality of service is improved this time. The TMT specialist Nataraj and nurse Prema was very professional and curious. God forbid anyone suffer with health issues. In case of any, NH is the hospital I would recommend.

I Arrived this morning for my appointment, I waited about half an hour to an hour to be seen. The girls are all wonderful and are so kind hearted. The unit is very very clean, it's in great condition. The communication is very good and everyone always makes sure to talk through anything I don't understand radiology department guide is very good

Good Hospital... Dr. Nitesh of Urology department is very good... And neatly explains to patient in Kannada... And makes very comfortable. Process are almost 90% completely online.. everything is updated in NH care app... Very transparent and hassele free ..
