Horrible experince, when you call and take appointment they say to come now itself after we reach they make you wait for more than 3 to 5 hrs. Iterally there people feel good when they make old and sick patient wait for long time. If they tell us the correct time we would finish our work and come at that time. People visiting hospitals will be sick and not healthy understand that. Sick people can't wait for long time sitting on a uncomfortable chair. But no complaints about the doctor or his treatment. A good doctor.

Very bad staff. Staff at a heart centre needs to understand a patient's state. They are not welcoming at all, nor well behaved. Very rude towards patients. Not just us, noticed them not care towards the elderly patients either. Came in for an emergency check up since my friend who previously got cardiac arrest was experiencing chest pain again. The staff billed first saying we need to do ECG and were made to wait for so long. Even after repeated requests, ignored and were rude. Please teach them how to communicate to patients rightly.

Very good heart care hospital. People here are so good, they treat very well. The doctor here takes much care of all the patient he treats. He looks into each and every detail of the scanned reports and all the related items. There's also a pharmacy available here. You will get all the tablets prescribed by this doctor here only. Wards are also available, and the service is offered 24/7

Horrible staff. They don't know how to behave with the patients. Treat you as though we owe something to them. Not at all human forget having empathy

Please consult this doctor before you even think of admitting to hospital. The clinic is fully equipped with all necessary machinery to diagnose heart related issues. Spent 30,000 in Apollo Mysore in vain, except for some important tests such as Echo and Doppler. It is said that the doctor also attends emergency cases even in midnight as he lives nearby. Dr Bhaskar is indeed a gentleman. He took time to explain in depth what exactly is happening. Not all doctors do that. They just update us with treatment without telling what the issue is. Dr Bhaskar is opposite to it. The clinic also offers complete heart care tests for just 2500 as on November 2017. It includes cardiac consultation, urine analysis, hemoglobin, blood sugar, blood urea, serum creatinine, fasting lipid profile, SGOT & SGPT, serum uric acid, ECG, chest X-ray, 2D Echo, colour Doppler, tread mill test.

no time sense at all. when people come at a given time it means that the given appointment is more important than other things. when they cannot maintain time with the same fraternity that too with minimum patients on the day whats the use of giving an appointment
