Dr. AROGYA Multi-Speciality Clinic

I had a disappointing experience at Arogya Clinic during my aunt's check-up. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, showing little courtesy toward patients and their families. A clinic should be a place of care and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Additionally, the appointment system is highly inefficient. Despite booking a slot for 1 PM, we were only able to see the doctor after 3 PM. If the clinic cannot maintain scheduled appointments, they might as well switch to a first-come, first-served system instead of misleading patients with appointment times they don't honor. I hope the clinic management trains their staff to be more patient-friendly and improves their scheduling system to respect patients' time.

The Receptionist at Arogya Clinic has a very bad attitude, very sarcastic while speaking, Zero empathy and has no values on how to speak. Surprising that someone with such bad attitude is interfacing with patients. Usually receptionist are mostly very welcoming and pleasant but at a clinic to see someone with such attitude is really bad.

Worst!!!! Once we went to her...we are completely going to lock...my mom has not that much of problems we went just for councelling now she is addicted to medicines which is given by her...if my mom skip any one time of medicine she's behaving like strange We have no options.... we're stuck in medicines Think before going to her

Bad behaviour of the receptionist..shows attitude while dealing with patients.. doesn't know how to allot the appointment..but for the doctor will give 5 star

One of the Receptionists of Dr.Krishna Prasad rude behaviour acts that she is superior then doctor . Unprofessional in allotting the appointment. Very arrogant behaviour of receptionist.
