Dr. Priyadarshini heart care

Prashant Doctor is very good person who's not money minded & handles patients well but the staff members acts very rudely with patients especially that medical store lady has toomuch of attitude. First of all the medicine's that are prescribed from Doctor will not be available at any other medical store & you need to get from their shop only.. but whenever you visit to purchase medicine's that medical store lady will not be available & when she came back she talk so harshly as uneducated broot.. she don't have that standards of professionalism.. and I wonder how Prashant sir is tolerating these things. My request to Prashant sir is, please hire people with Critical thinkers, Soft spoken & who have that Professional Standards, especially it's the rural patients who visit your clinic & they need proper guidance. At least Government hospital staffs have good behavioural standards but your clinic staffs are worst than them.

I wouldn't even want to call him a doctor. He is more a rowdy than a cardiologist. I should have refrained from taking my father there after seeing few bad reviews. In spite of it, I took the wrong decision of consulting him. They charge an initial Rs.250 for consultation fee which is more than the other places but nevertheless ok. The so called doctor then take you inside to examine, take your BP readings, doesn't even bother to inform you about the results and then ask for another test to be done. He doesn't tell you what the test is for, how much it would cost or are we okay to undergo the test. Then a nurse takes you near the counter and asks for money to be paid. If you deny and doesn't want to take the test, the rowdy doctor comes and starts shouting on the patients and even starts a fight for no reason!! There is a way to treat people, forget about if they are rich or poor, patient or not. The doctor should have taken some basic lessons about treating people, talking to them before taking a medical degree. A clear example of a doctor who just wants to make money and doesn't care about ANYTHING else. I strongly and sincerely recommend not consulting him. There are much better, proficient and kind doctors out there. Be careful before visiting if you don't want to regret later.

Even you have guided and informed us about BPL card facilities for poor patients in Multispecialty hospitals, were Doctors are thinking about making money.

I visited Dr Prashanth Cardio very recently for post operation test. Clinic was crowded with more than 50 patients. I was asked to change my dress with a previously used patients gown. I requested the nursing staff to provide the cleaned. And secondly the bed which was used for test was full of gel and other things which bothered me to continue during the pandemic. Doctor got to know the discussion between nurse and myself and directly asked me to leave the clinic has he cannot provide hygienic things for all 130 patients in a day. Being a Doctor if he cannot practice simple hygiene I guess the certification of degrees are worthless. He also said clinic is Covid free no such infections hence these concerns are not taken care. During the argument he mentioned that we will learn lesson if we spend money more than 10k if we reach hospitals in Mysore or Banglore. My concern is being a responsible citizen these practices will not help for a long term. People who visit are mostly from remote villages, and Sir should be a role model communicate the best practices. My final thought was Mr Prashanth might be blessed without loosing any of his family members during the pandemic hence his gesture towards health and hygiene during pandemic is left as it is. I request higher authorities to look into such practices and help the public to sustain for a long run!

The doctor is good and explains the cause very nicely. But the staff is very rude and they just want the bill paid . They don't even give time to listen to doctor this happened twice for us.
