Dr. Vivus Hospital

Unprofessional staffs. We visited this hospital to consult paediatrician. No staffs were at reception. A lady at the cashier rudely said wait at OPD 1. Got very much irritated when she made her faces. There was one more staff at OPD 1 to say doctor has gone for rounds just stand right here. After waiting for sometime when I rechecked she said doctor might go when he comes you should call. When we don't know how the doctor looks how can we stop him. Went to meet the doctor first time. Very rude and arrogant staffs. Jobless people good to scroll their phones.

I am writing this feedback on Vivus Hospital to let everyone know about genuineness, sincerity, honesty and friendliness of Dr.Muhammed Rizwan and all his fellow colleagues at Vivus Hospital, Madikeri, Coorg. I had been admitted in here for treatment for Broncho Pneumonia. I was given a very good treatment by Dr.Muhammed Rizwan and his team and I have cured very well. He is an amazing Doctor with a friendly smile on his face always, very good at curing his Patients and his team also follows him with the same smiling attitude. This is a very good quality, which I see in everyone at Vivus Hospital, Madikeri, Coorg. I highly recommend this Hospital for general public in and around Madikeri and the Tourists that visit Madikeri in case of any health issues. They are very service oriented. I wish them all the success and God bless them all.

Review of Vivus Hospital, Madikeri I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Vivus Hospital in Madikeri. My experience was marred by exorbitant charges for every test and consultation. A simple blood test cost a staggering INR 700/-, while other private hospitals in the area charge significantly less (around INR 300/-). Furthermore, the doctors' consultation fees were also overly expensive. It seems like the hospital is more interested in profiting from patients rather than providing affordable and quality healthcare. To make matters worse, the reception staff displayed unprofessional behavior and attitude. They seemed to lack training in basic customer service skills, yet were overly efficient in collecting fees, even going so far as to demand every last rupee. I would not recommend Vivus Hospital to anyone due to their unfair pricing, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff behavior. Not at all good , wards are at worst conditions , it's high time they restart and wards are stinking of dirty washrooms and wards are full of dust and being a private hospital they don't even have a mosquito repellent and ward is full of mosquitoes and nurses are very ignorant , please consider before going to this hospital , Check the photos

I went there as a helper for a patient. The first impression was that the hospital prioritizes patients over money. Me and my brother went there for a simple surgical procedure. The only time I saw a bill was the last day after the approval of discharge by our doctor. The procedure was comparatively cheaper and though the procedure was simple we had previously experience similar procedure costing us our legs and arms. We came prepared mentally but it was a fraction of what we estimated. Very friendly nurses and resident doctors. Will recommend to people I know and to everyone. It is a good hospital and people care for the patients not your wallet.

Very money minded commercial hospital unnecessarily they admitted my daughter for 3 days and asked me to make a lot of tests and looted money. This is the fact.

We were in Coorg for our vacation. Went to show suspected insect bite. The duty doctor checked symptoms, she patiently answered our questions and also had a different doctor to review. He further referred us to dermatologist, Ms Bhavani. She was wonderful, and reviewed the insect bite site, clarified and prescribed simple medicines, assured us that it is not dangerous and will get cured. She also prescribed medicines to my son for scalp and face acne, treated his insect bite reactions. She advised that the acne problems need a long term review and cure. We visited a skin specialist in Delhi today, and he was appreciative of Ms Bhavani's expertise. All of the staff that attended us (reception, nurses, doctors) were polite, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely useless Reception & Admin staff. Like really really pathetic , if I could rate less than 1 star, I would have. We needed (still need it , haven't got still) a simple document from the hospital stating my mother's health condition (she was admitted there In Nov 2020) - we tried to make the reception guys understand our requirements, shot several emails and reminders , explained in detail in all languages possible - still they don't seem to understand what we want and they are absolutely not bothered to help us out. Even after speaking to Dr. LN who treated my mom, who agreed to provide us the document , the admin staff has been acting up so irresponsibly to prepare the document and get it signed from the doctor. Every single time we call them they are like sure , ok, we will do it, call tomorrow at 10, call next day , doctor has gone for rounds - Total Disappointment. The front desk guys in this hospital (sorry to generalize) is such a disgrace to this institution.
