Dr. Mallige Hospital

Bad experience about spect glass. Optical shop attender don't have any patience of attending customers requirement. Don't have any idea about spect glasses. Not explaining properly whether the customer required progressive glass or bifocal glass. How customer can know whether he is giving Progressive glass or bifocal glass. Delivering wrong spects. Even though asked the shop attender not giving the specification slip for which the customer ordered. Optician Doctor is good specialist but the optical shop attender don't have any knowledge how to explain to meet the customer requirement.

Too much waiting time, staff behaviour too worst. we taken appointment for pationt & time 7.30pm but doctor came at 9.00pm just think how the pationt situation.

This hospital is very good and treatment is very godd experienced doctors are here
