Worst staff behaviour ever. No proper response to the incoming patients and their guardians. Had a very horrible experience with this hospital yesterday night. Took my grandfather to the emergency ward, the duty doctor (who technically is under oath) ignored the patient at the time of emergency and ran away seeing the patient coming in. This highly unethical and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable! The hospital management needs to look into the matter and ensure that hospitals provide proper treatment to the patients who are affected and suffering. I would recommend the people not to even to think of visiting this hospital if you're in need of a medical assistance. These staff and this hospital only loots the families and provides a very unpleasant experience to those affected!

Worst hospital in hubli. My 1.5lakhs (Laptop, accessories and amount)of worth items are stolen from parked car by breaking glass.Price mentioned on board and in bill are different, no parking area and management is worst. Hospital HR is not compatible to deal anything. For the people who are coming from outside please refrain coming to this hospital.

Today at night I took my father of 84 yrs for emergency care. The duty doctor struggled to diagnose the problem. Then the authority Dr. Balakrishna ( as told by the duty dr.) Saw my father's admission and went off without seeing thw patient in emergency care. Yhen i was told the bp of pt is 200/ 114 and has to be admitted in ICU Immediately. I lost trust took my father to Suchiraayu immediately. Then my fr was all OK and is OK, now we are at home. How to trust such diagnosis and such hospitals oflate???

It's average, neither bad nor great as per my experience of one day admission for a surgical procedure. Good points: Accessible, within the city Rooms are ok, not a bad kind of. Multiple speciality doctors visit. Hygiene is ok kind of. For room related queries they attended quickly. Customer service is ok kind of. Most of the things can be rated average. Negative points: Quite on the expensive side. Insurance dept and other dept needs to improve their communication. Car parking is a big problem as there is very less space for parking. Sisters and ward boys need better training. They kind of need improvement in terms of professionalism and communication. One major issue that I observed is they billed more items in quantity than they have consumed for the procedure. For example they hardly used not even half a tape for bandaging but billed two full roll bandages. The same thing for a couple of items. In our case I felt doctor/surgeon charges are also on the higher side. They are not serious about patients/customer feedback. The hospital canteen is not that good, and does not serve many healthy options. OT was not that hygienic, ok kind of. In our allotted room the TV was not functioning properly. They could not replace/repair it.

Worstest hospital in hubli. Charges written on board and charging on bill is double the amount. Hospital is made not for service but money making Machine. Insurance department and medical center don't respond anything properly. Unwanted treatment is given to patients. Same drug is given twice at same time. Nursing staff blindly follows what is written before. Never go to this hospital.
