Dr. KIMS Hospital

I visited the dermatology department at KIMS Hubli and had a disappointing experience with Dr. Chaitra. Despite arriving on time for my appointment and waiting for over an hour, there was no proper communication or update. I had already paid for a laser treatment, but when I approached Dr. Chaitra to express my concern about the long wait, she responded very rudely and told me that if I spoke too much, I should come next month instead. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a patient. I hope the hospital takes patient feedback seriously and works on improving both punctuality and the way staff communicate with patients.

The facility of doctors is good, and for North karnataka this is a life saver, Need to improve 1. Cleanliness 2. Network in basement area 3. Patient checkups & bill payment lots roaming here & there need to optimize.

Good treatment but maintenance is poor, not at all clean, might be because of lots of patients and also cleaning staff might not working well. Cleanness should be priority because patients comes from different parts of the state so most of them are villagers, sometimes they don't know how to keep clean but educated people should tell them properly and should try to maintain cleanness. Because as a citizen it's our duty to protect hospital.

Shameless workers No dust bins in ward no 204 The handglouse which are used by nurse that gouluse the patient attender through it to the dustbin. No respect given by nurses over drama. Docters are great but not all

Comes in Top three medical colleges in karanataka .. Campus is very big ... overall quite balanced and well maintained college

I had fallen ill while returning from Goa by car around 11pm and went to this hospital. The doctors who are in emergency ward are so friendly and are active like anything. Good to see that kind of behaviours from them. They will go through all your conditions and prescribe you the best medicines.
