I recently visited HCG NMR Scan Centre for radiation and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The doctors and nurses were highly skilled, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The hospital's commitment to patient care and safety was evident throughout my stay.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital. One of the major concerns is the behavior of the nursing staff. Several nurses were rude and unprofessional in their communication with patients. Instead of offering support and empathy, they often spoke harshly and showed a lack of basic courtesy, especially towards elderly and vulnerable patients. It's unfortunate to see this kind of behavior in a healthcare environment where compassion is essential. Another serious issue is the radiotherapy department. The machine frequently breaks down, and patients are often told at the last minute to return the next day after waiting for hours. This not only wastes time but also adds unnecessary stress to patients who are already going through a difficult phase in their treatment. The hospital management appears to be poorly organized, with no proper communication or accountability. There is a clear need for better supervision, regular maintenance of equipment, and proper training for the staff to ensure respectful treatment of patients. I hope the hospital administration takes these issues seriously and works on improving patient care, staff conduct, and operational efficiency.

My father was diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma, and we were referred to Dr. Vishal Kulkarni at HCG. Dr. Kulkarni was very empathetic and supportive throughout the treatment process, which made a challenging time much easier for our family. The entire team at HCG--including Dr. Sumangala, Dr. Deepti, the nursing staff, and the care staff--were extremely helpful and attentive. My father always received his treatment on time, and we noticed a significant improvement in his condition after starting therapy. The Helpdesk staff were also very helpful and assisted us smoothly with the insurance claim procedures, making the whole process much less stressful. We are very satisfied with the service and are grateful to Dr. Kulkarni and the entire HCG team for their guidance, compassion, and support. Doctor Milind Shetty is Very good doctor and kind at heart. Gives maximum time to hear patient views. His clinical diagnosis is very sharp.
