Doctors & Nursing staff will deserve in Secure Hospital Gadag... Especially im very much satisfied with Nursing staff, the way they treat to the patients is appreciable & they are the most hardworking staff in entire hospital... The administration department & management is totally wrost, they even don't know how to interact with patients/caretakers.. Most important their is extra charges for water & electricity here.. Every time i had argument with administration staff while finalizing bill n discharge time..

Excellent service by Doctors and Nursing staff. Other services like front desk, administration and insurance were disaster. Front desk is not responsive at all. Despite room rent extra charges like electricity, water were added. Bedsheet wasn't changed for days but the charges were added. Insurance service was worst of all as it caused delay of one day for discharging. Multiple corrections had to be made before finalizing the bill.

I recently had an experience at Secure Hospital, Gadag, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory--at least on the administrative side. While the medical care provided by the doctors and nurses was commendable, the hospital's management and insurance handling were extremely disappointing. First of all, the hospital management was completely disorganized and inefficient. Important documents were either lost or delayed, and there was a serious lack of communication between departments. Whenever I asked for updates or clarity, I was met with indifference, confusion, or was simply passed from one person to another without any real answers. There was no proper system in place to address patient concerns, and it felt like once you were admitted, you were left to figure everything out on your own. The insurance process was another disaster. The hospital's insurance department seemed clueless about procedures and policies. They provided conflicting information and showed no urgency or professionalism in dealing with approvals or claims. Because of their negligence, I ended up facing unnecessary financial stress and had to make several follow-ups with both the hospital and my insurance company just to get things moving. The entire insurance experience was frustrating, slow, and left a very bad impression. That being said, I want to genuinely appreciate the doctors and nursing staff at Secure Hospital, Gadag. The doctors were highly knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. They made sure I was informed and comfortable at every step, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. The nursing staff deserves special praise too. They were polite, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. Despite the chaos created by the administration, the nurses always maintained professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure that I was cared for, comfortable, and emotionally supported throughout my stay.

Very bad experience with the hospital which was not expected as the admin and front end desk is completely worst they don't know how to talk with patient. They charge very high but the service they provide is not upto the mark Insurance staf ask for cash even after getting approval from the insurance company for which they will not give bill. What exactlyit means of we don't pay then they will not give the discharge summary and hrash.

One of the worst service with respect management, admin staff, front end desk, and insurance also with medical shop. With respect insurance they are asking for extra amount after getting the approval from the insurance company when we ask for bill they will not give for extra amount paid what does it mean. I was shocked to see they are charging for water and electricity and for bed spread as extra charges if requested I am ready to provide the person names as well if there is action taking There is no comment on the Doctor and nursing staff best service

Except doctors nothing is proper here. Receptionists behaves like they are the boss here Even if you are a mom of new born ,You will need to leave your food and crying bahy and wait here for your turn as receptionists are not responding properly. Poor management and no hygiene maintenaned Btw visited here for my two kids delevery just because of Rashmi mam who is very good and takes care of patients much friendly.
