Dr. JSS Hospital

I had a deeply frustrating experience at JSS Hospital during my son's admission from June 28, 2025 (6:30 PM) to June 29, 2025 (4:00 PM). The hospital's policies and staff behavior were utterly disappointing. They don't offer cashless facilities for FHPL insurance, forcing patients to bear unnecessary financial stress. Worse, they charged for two full days of bed charges for a stay of less than 24 hours--blatant overcharging compared to standard hospital practices. The medication process in the semi-special ward is a nightmare. Patients must pay upfront and fetch medicines themselves. I offered to pay 5,000 in advance or settle at discharge, but the staff rudely rejected both options. Speaking of staff, their attitude is appalling--unresponsive, impolite, and lacking any sense of empathy or professionalism. This hospital needs a serious overhaul in its policies and staff training. Avoid unless you want to deal with greed and incompetence. Extremely disappointed!

Doctor is good (dr.bharathi mam) but Worst service, money minded hospital, no good staffs & equipments, literally not responding to the needs very bad. please don't go

Worst nature, it's better to visit this Hospital is better of any newly joined trained nursing student at out, They not have any analysing issues only Prifer and depended upon the outside scaning centers and there report and not even Prifer own, And it's huge delaying at pharmacy.. In there lots of delay there huge line like temple darshan. Not disturbing medicine fastly or not to interested to clear the lines of patient's que quickly .. Unsupported stafs at jss it's very disappointed to have much space at chamarajanagara but not have any use of present in town not in use to public

Worst experience from the both nursing and doctors team........no facility like bipab mask during emergency what management will doing, simply collecting money from people right.....?

Dr.Saranya mam is an exceptional physiotherapist who has greatly improved my quality of life. I had struggling with shoulder and neck pain form one month, and trying various treatments but nothing worked out. After visiting Dr.Saranya mam, I experienced a significant reduction in my pain within 4days . I Would highly recommend to all . Thank you Saranya mam. I can finally do my work very comfortable now.

There is low cost private hospital in chamarajanagar city means that is this jss. Very well treatment done Doctors staff nurse and other staffs are good manners Good icu set-up, well equipped operation theter , 24hours causality with icu doctors available here

Good infrastructure,Good hospital,Good Doctors esp.. (Bharathi & Manasa Drs),staff nurses, security, pharmacy, Receptionist and food Cantina.. everything is good Parking is also gud & no parking charges. But C section they'll prefer most. Cost of d hospital charge is also ok for middle class.. Insurance person more negligence and cleaning people also... I'll give 4.5 Rating..
