I never thought like that.So I changed my review. patient name Mitali Thakur after consultation of Devi Prasad Shetty On 6 th March 2025 Shetty Sir thought to MVR replacement and tricuspid repair and he reffer to Dr Praveen Kumar Operation done on 24 th March 2025 after two months of surgery patients legs swelling and I came hospital 4 th july admitted by Praveen Kumar team (Shivangi maam) at 16 days observation they told re do open heart surgery because tricuspid repair not successful need to replacement and again might be MVR replacement Patients EF 30%. Just operation 2 or 3 months again do same high risk operation patient and patient relative fall in nurvousness condition..Then team of Praveen Kumar told after 1 months or as soon as possible come and ready to operation..But after discharge 4 days after my mom died an unexpected happened.More over my question to Dr Praveen Kumar who always unavailable for patients relatives can Experience Dr. did not judgment patient condition and why not expressed everything for patients relatives if surgery is do or die condition why Dr. Discharge patients???

Not really happy to be honest with how things are progressing . Mom was admitted in emergency couple of weeks back because of Anemia and heart failure symptoms. Dr. Darshan took very good care of my mom and ensured she is out of ICU within 2 days. My mom was scheduled for a bypass surgery followed by LAD Endarterectomy. But then i believe Dr. Praveen Kumar's team isn't aligned whether this surgery will be successful or no. Didn't get a chance to meet Dr. Praveen Kumar considering he is too busy with other patients. The day my mom was moved from the ICU to normal ward one of his team members said it isn't advisable to do the surgery. Dr. Akshay straight away said this surgery is too risky so if you are ok to take the risk we will do the surgery and the very next day Dr. Devaseina said we will do the surgery, the irony is the hospital is just busy in doing PR promotions and getting awards and recognitions but then they aren't bothered to care about their patients. Very sad to see this Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty sir, have heard so many good things about your hospital but then now I realise it's not worthed.

My wife Dr. Rama Saha (58Y) had double valve (aortic and mitral) replacement with mechanical valves in 1999. The valves became dysfunctional gradually for last 7-8 years and she developed atrial fibrillation. We were in follow up in Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences. Our consultants were Dr. Devi Shetty and Prof. George Cherian (a senior cardiologist). They opined for a double valve replacement redo surgery with mechanical valves on our last visit in March'24 Dr. Devi Shetty sent us to Dr. Praveen Kumar for the surgery. We began the preadmission procedure from 6th May'24. The patient was admitted to hospital on 9th May'24, operated on 16th May'24 and discharged on 24th May'24 without any complication. I found Dr. Praveen Kumar as a hard working, skilled and passionate surgeon. He talks little, does more. A patient can rely on him. My wife's surgery was a difficult long surgery. We all were very anxious about the outcome. We have to choose this surgery because there were no option without this surgery. We are indebted to Dr. Praveen Kumar and his team for the service they provided for us. We are thanking all the staffs of the hospital for their service.

From last 2 days we are trying to meet Sir. Today also we came at 9.45 pm as per appointment, but today also he is not available. What to do?

Dr praveen sir is very good doctor. Physiotherapist is not good rough behavior, my father is died 27/3 /2020 , physiotherapist make mistake, dr praveen sir try hardly to save my father but my dad died
