Best place for healthcare needs. Their staff is responsive and solution oriented than just saying sorry for any issues. I have been a member of their one health plan since 2 years now, a brilliant product to make physician consultation affordable for whole family along with discounts offered on meds, lab tests and specialized doctors consultation. Valet parking is where it brings convenience and then lift for elderly continues that determination for revisit if a need arises. Nurses try to manage time so that no one has to wait too long. Great part is all staff (front desk ground floor + 1st floor)listen to feedback and try to provide resolution. In my case most of the complaints/requests were handled promptly leaving me content.
I had 3 tests lined up for my mother. The entire process was seamless and the waiting time was 5mins per test. Well managed,super clean,corteous staff and quick service. Highly recommended.
Doctor is so understanding, clearly explained our issue, suggested tests based she helps in reducing medicine. Overall doctor is so attentive.
The charges they charge, they don't deliver the services as per that. I have been recently there with my mother and they booked a 10:00 am appointment for us. It was a working day for me as well. So I expected a timely presence of the doctor but he didn't show up till 12:30 pm and they don't give you a exact time. They will just tell you to wait for more 10 minutes and so on. It's really frustrating when you have to catch up to your work and have old mother with you suffering at the same time. Do not recommend it to anyone. If you have time to wait this much go for a government one.
Overall a very good experience! I took medical health checkup where this clinic is very well equipped with all medical equipments for a complete health checkup.! Results are fast and received as a pdf too.! Staffs are kind and services are very good.!
