Dr. Motherhood Hospital Hebbal, Bangalore - Best Maternity Hospital in Bangalore

I have visited your motherhood hebbal for stomach pain for daughter I have waited for medicine almost 20 minutes and for consultation fee without registration thei are not allowed. I have tried many time for registration but you site is not working the reception guys was irresponsible. They are not trying to any other option and there are telling to wait 20 minutes. Worst service at reception and pharmacy counter. My daughter sleeping on sofa last 30 minutes.

1 of the best hospitals in town. Motherhood has a welcoming atmosphere and staff here are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Madhushree mam is simply amazing and her calm and positive approach gives us confidence. They urge for a normal delivery until the end, which is good. Overall, anyday I suggest this hospital.

This three star is on account of non keeping of appointment timings at the Ultra sound scanning facility here. They make you wait for around 2 hours beyond the appointed timings and tell some unacceptable reason each time you enquire. This may be because too many appointments are given and the appointment time can never be maintained. This creates problems to pregnant ladies who need to retain fluids for the scanning and who are on a restricted diet as they cannot properly planout. I request the management to take due care and value other's time too. Pl don't make ladies spend half a day for a simple scan. the hospital doesn't also have a display board showing the queue so that the patient can planout and go to the canteen for food. This is a sheer torture. Moreover, due to this delay you'll be shelling more at the Valet parking facility too as you'll be made to pay more due to the more time taken due to the inefficient appointment time keeping by the hosoital. I also came to know that this delay is also seen with the doctor's appointment too and a delay of around 1 to 2 hours on an average is found there too. This delay at every facility here is unacceptable as this is said to be a "Speciality Hospital" which atleast should try and strive to keep up the appointment timings and value the "time" of the patients who come here from far away places and get stuck. The hospital emergently needs to have a relook and redesign their system of giving appointments in this facility so that this unacceptable, exorbitantly long and an unreasonable delay is avoided. This is the call of the hour lest it's too late..

My wife consulted Dr. Sireesha Reddy at the hospital: The doctor was very polite and had a great knowledge of the field. She also answered all our questions very patiently and it was a safe and healthy delivery. The facilities at the hospital are good as well. They have a pro-active staff and the whole process is quite hassle free since everything you need for the mother and the baby is under one roof. Overall, a genuinely nice experience.

Motherhood Hospital Hebbal branch has highly qualified Doctors and very supportive nursing staff. My wife got delivered in this hospital and from the day one we have supported immensely by all the nursing and supporting staff along with doctors. Special thanks to Dr. Geetha Bhavani Reddy mam for all the guidance and support during the delivery and Dr. Vikas Satwik sir for taking care of little one...his words gave us lot of positivity and strength from all these days to take care of new born. How can I miss thanking the nursing staffs? A heartful thanks to all the nursing staffs from LDR, Nursing, Triage department for their patience and support. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to the hospital -- not because of the doctors or nurses, who were actually quite good, but because of the behavior and functioning of the parking staff and general administration. First of all, the parking charges are excessively high, and the way they are collected feels like daylight robbery. There is no proper system in place -- they charge for valet service without even asking whether you want their service or not, and if you choose to take your car out yourself, they respond with attitude and disrespectful looks. Patients and their families are already stressed when they visit a hospital, and being treated poorly right at the entrance adds unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, even the watchman at the entrance was rude and unprofessional. Another major issue is the poor appointment management. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30 AM, but was only seen at 1:30 PM, while other patients who came later than me were allowed in before. There is clearly no proper queue or system, and it cause extreme inconvenience. This experience makes one question their choice of hospital despite the medical care being decent. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings improvement in staff behavior, parking system transparency, and appointment management -- because these things matter just as much as the treatment provided inside.
