In MMH, Jayanagar treatment is just excellent and staff and accomodation is very good. I personally thank to Dr.Ravi Varma VN for his best service that he as provided us and I would highly recommend him and I would also like thank to Dr. Ramesh , he has done surgery of Mother in law with no injury and also recommend him too. Overall I would highly recommend this hospital for any causes.

The hospital is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. From registration to treatment, everything was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate how attentive the staff was--always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the entire team for making my visit stress-free and comfortable. We recently welcomed our baby at this hospital, and I'm grateful to say that the delivery went smoothly thanks to the expertise and care of the doctor. We were in very capable hands, and for that, I'm thankful. However, the overall hospital experience has been deeply disappointing , particularly for a maternity ward. The ambience is shockingly poor. There's loud drilling and ongoing construction happening not just during the day, but at night as well. This is not just inconvenient; it's irresponsible. Newborns, mothers recovering from childbirth, and their families deserve a peaceful and hygienic environment, especially in a space meant to support healing and early bonding. Instead, we've had to endure relentless noise, making rest and recovery almost impossible. It's baffling that such construction is allowed to go on in a maternity ward, of all places. This is not just a lapse in service quality. it reflects a serious lack of empathy and operational planning. Great doctor. Good clinical care. But the hospital administration and infrastructure leave a lot to be desired. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary changes no new parent should have to go through this.

The receptionist took money for appointment and doctor Dipti Baskar left and didn't come for 2 hours. And when she came she looked after her known people 1st then started looking for people who were present before them. Never coming back to this poorly managed hospital.

My father had gone through his bilateral knee replacement surgery at Dr Malathi Manipal hospital Jayanagar. Starting from Orthopedic surgeon Dr Pradeep A Ramesh, to duty doctor Dr Pavan, all nurses, brothers/sisters and physiotherapist doctors (Dr Gupta, Dr Prakriti, and Dr Sailesh), and dieticians - everyone were very caring and prompt. Additionally he got a lot of care inside MICU as well. There was a bit of a confusion with rooms while discharge from MICU, but it was very well managed by the administration. It would be worth to mention all the nurses - Sumangala, Shilpa, Veda, Chanda, Mousumi from 2nd floor and Pijush, Prashant, Shilpa, Vidhya from 3rd floor were extremely caring.I still remember one night after the right knee operation, the epidural connection gots disconnected and my father was mourning in pain. It was nurses Shilpa and Sumangala who identified and immediately reconnected epidural to reduce the pain. The most touching part is nurse Vidhya told me to take good care of my Dad before she was preparing for his discharge. Last but not the least the customer experience team member Priya, the ambulance staff were also caring and extremely careful. I have a suggestion of putting microwave on each floor, and Priya made sure to inform me that the request is approved by administration. However, there is a strong note for Manipal that 1. Once the patient is in MICU from OT, please give prior information when to leave the room. I was bit of harassed after first operation. 2. When taking twin sharing Manipal is charging for each and everything including urine cans. Please label and direct the brothers/sisters to use correct pans for respective patient. Else there are chances of UTI, and I was surprised to see one single urine can being used on both floors in respective rooms.

I arrived in the emergency department and was attended with incredible professionalism and kindness by all staff doctors, nurses, and support teams making a stressful situation remarkably calm. My surgery, performed by Dr. Ramesh T S, was completely stress-free. His clear explanations and steady demeanor helped put me at ease. Post-operatively, the nursing staff and hospital personnel continued to provide attentive, compassionate care throughout recovery.

I recently consulted Dr. Pratibha Shetty for ongoing gut health issues that had persisted for just about two weeks. Unfortunately, I found the consultation to be unsatisfactory. Without a thorough assessment or trial of basic medical management, I was advised to undergo an endoscopy at the very first visit. As an alumnus of Manipal, I have always held practitioners from this institution in high regard. However, this experience did not meet those expectations. A more measured and stepwise clinical approach--beginning with a detailed evaluation and initial treatment--would have been more appropriate and reassuring. I believe patients benefit most when invasive procedures are considered only after conservative options have been explored.

Dr Shrihari Das (Cardiologist) was really helpful with his diagnosis and guidance at the right time for a family member of mine. The staff in the ICU were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was smooth. The staff at the ward were excellent and took good care.
