Service here in manipal is very good Doctors and even nursing staff, everyone is cooperative and taking updates time to time taking care of the patient. Well there are no delays if anything is asked from patients end .

My son fell in school got hurt on his forehead and the hospital charged 3300 just for a gel which outside costs around less than 500. After a week the wound was still open and they dint do the dressing properly. Upon approaching after a week they said it's not out fault and refered to Dr Deepak Shetty cosmetic surgeon on 1st floor. Absolute barberian and gunda type langauge and the way he spoke to us. He should be kicked out of the hospital. Doesn't know how to talk to patients. He looked like he was intoxicated the way he spoke. Absolute rubbish... Management should take action against him. Dr harshita still listened to us and helped us out. But I am really very upset with this fellow. Anyone looking to visit this dr shetty pls be mindful and u can reach out to me. He's money minded and doesn't accept his mistake giving vague answers which u don't expect from a Dr. Becoz of hospital negligence now my 8 year old child will have scar on his forehead.

I recently had a procedure done for my daughter at here and I can't speak highly enough of the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. I had an excellent experience visiting Dr. Srinivasa Kunku, ENT surgeon. He patiently listened to my concerns, gave a thorough check-up, and provided clear, reassuring advice. His professionalism and care made me feel completely at ease. I would also like to appreciate Mrs.Usha, the receptionist, for her warm and welcoming nature. She truly understands the patient's situation, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic for their expertise, compassion, and patient-friendly approach.

This review is for Dr. Abhishek M, Internal Medicine Consultant at Manipal Hospital, Millers Road. Dr. Abhishek was extremely professional and diligent in his approach. He systematically diagnosed the core issue through a series of tests, demonstrating deep expertise in his field when doing so, which gave us lot of confidence. He brought in specialists as required, while remaining as our primary point of contact, making it easier for us to navigate through a difficult situation. Equally importantly, Dr Abhishek was empathetic in his dealings with us. He took the time to understand the overall circumstances that we had to manage and guided us through to a solution which tackled the issue comprehensively, even beyond the medical aspects. He was patient in explaining each step, realising that it was a new area for us. Keeping in mind how concerned we were, he made himself available outside of regular work hours, responding immediately when we reached out and giving us prompt updates on test results. Overall, our experience with Dr Abhishek and his team helped us immensely during a trying time and is a testament to the high level of care provided by Manipal Hospital.

Dr Parinitha was excellent. Very professional and was very helpful. Gave us a lot of tips on how to manage the patient s diet. We wish her all the best Mr Ahsanullah ( not sure if I have not the spelling right )who works night shifts in the cateen was very approachable. Even when I called in the middle of the night , he was curteous , polite and very helpful. It was always service with a smile. We wish him the very best

My stay at MHM for treatment was excellent. nursing staff were courteous & service minded. Attended to me promptly. I wish to thank Ms.Disha, Ms. Sahana,Ms Shilpa, Ms. Clemensia & Ms. Mamatha and others. Thanks and regards One disappointment was physiotherapy. It was a 3 minute session and the fee was Rs.790. They did 4 forced sessions. I felt bad when I saw the bill, but it was too late. Sudarshana Raju. 07.06.2025
