Dr. Heart Care Clinic - Cardiac Centre by Dr. Roopa R, Best Cardiologist doctor in Bangalore, Heart Specialist in Banashankari

She is nothing but phenomenal. Listened to my problems patiently. Explained everything in details. Tested and monitored the test by herself. This was my 3 rd visit to her. Everytime it was an excellent experience.

I visited the doctor for a general check up for slight chest pain. The doctor mentioned that there's nothing to worry about. However, as I entered her cabin, she asked me to explain the issue while she was speaking on her phone. I waited for her to get off the phone to start explaining. To that, she said, please get started, we are running out of time. I was kind of disappointed here as it was her previous patient that took a lot of time ( which I wasn't bothered about ). Later on, I asked her the symptoms while a person experiences a heart attack. She said, these things need to be discussed in my leisure time. I was surprised to hear this as it was her bad time management that led to time crunch. I also believe that, if she has accepted an appointment, she should be giving her 100%. Over all, I feel that she could've been more courteous. I don't recommend as per my experience.

I do not recommend this doctor. First of all the staff/lady at the front office is so rude to patients and attendants, there is no respect at all. It's almost abusing. Secondly the doctor won't really listen to you patiently what we are trying to convey. This is the first time I had to face the doctor who is impatient and quite arrogant. We kept quiet in the entire process because we respect all the doctors and front line workers and we didn't want to fight with someone who don't understand. I felt very bad by taking appointment in this clinic and will never recommend to anyone. I think it's overly hyped clinic. I have seen the doctor response in Practo for customer feedback and it's rude there as well. I bet there is better response and respect in the government hospitals than this.

We went to consult Dr. Roopa on the high blood pressure concern related to my mother. The clinic is neatly maintained with all the necessary precautions. Dr. Roopa listened to my mother's health problem and she provided guidance on how the blood pressure can be controlled. She didn't recommend unnecessary tests and made detailed evaluation of my mother condition and recommended medication accordingly. I would highly recommend the doctor for her humble approach for treating patients with care.

Doctor Roopa madam is the best doctor, friendly nature kind hearted person.Her way of treatment and interaction with patients next level.
