Dr. Fortis Hospital Bangalore | Cunningham Road - Best Hospital in Bangalore

Feedbacks: 1. Hiccup in the insurance, for the preauthorisation of the insurance the team responsible from the hospital sent incomplete documents which resulted in the rejection of the insurance claim. Thank God i had another insurance otherwise i had to pay the hefty amount all on my own. 2. Dietiecian would come and understand the food requirements but food used to be completely opposite from what we discussed. 3. I have received spicy sambar with idli in the mornings. Afternoon sandwiches which are difficult to digest. Dinner with boiled rice with sour curd and sambar which is again a disruptor for my tonsils. I don't know why a dietician was appointed then if the food had to be given the same to me like other patients. ( in terms of me having severe tonsillitis) 4. No kettle availability which is very strange for a hospital. I wanted to drink lukewarm water which was not available properly. 5. I asked for hindi channels on my tv, no one came for it, asked for it atleast 4 times but no one heard. 6. The constant construction noise starting 6-7am and went till 7-8 pm in the evening which is really bothering, even after asking thrice no one could change the room for us. Couldn't enjoy a peaceful sleep Only the nurses were helpful and the staff swati the cleaning team was good so 5/5 to them.

Excellent Medical facilities and services. Maintained cleanliness and is very hygienic. Good infrastructure. The staff is very polite and makes you comfortable. Competitive in best medical treatment, yet Economical rates are best part for choosing Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road Bangalore. My best wishes to them.

My wife Mrs Mahalakshmi admitted in 3rd floor under Dr Sai Krishna treated with knee surgery im thank ful for the excellent service and the care of all the staff krishna preetha anjum ambika joyce geethu chaithra .sister sophiya was communication is gud .all the discharge process well explained .entire team extremely good. Meenu orthopedic manager also was very helpful from moment we came to hospital,she explained every ascept of procedure to follow till my discharge. We can't find better service than this. The most important information I want to share is regarding Dr Sai Krishna B Naidu, orthopedic surgeon,who showed immense care and interest in preparing me mentally and physically to undergo the surgery including the follow up,he was very soft and kind with full of patience to our queries of any time approach.we always grateful to him.

Admitted at this hospital for heart blockage. Doctor Sridhar and Doctor Johnny were really great at helping my family navigate this tough situation. In addition, nursing department staff, particularly Deepa, Lavanya, Ambika, Yalini, Geetu took really good care of both the patient and caretaker. I would only suggest the hotel management to improve on their infrastructure, like the patient bed are not upto the mark. The good job from the nursing staff makes me overlook this issue. Overall, family was satisfied with the care given at Fortis Cunningham.

My Father got admitted in 3rd floor 308A. All the 3rd floor staff was very helpul and carring. When ever I wanted them tHey were available. Evryone one were very energetic and helpful. Staff name Megha, Anita, preta, deepa, Lavania, Geethu, Yazini evryone. House keeping staff all were good helpul. Thank you for all the help.

Very good and responsibility hospital. Can be trusted for all the teatment. The hospital staff and ward sisters had taken Care of the patient with utmost care and hospitality. Very good staff sisters namely Sofia and Ambika incharge. Duty sisters namely Geetnu,Anjum,Chaitra,Preetha,Megna and Kavitha had taken care at all times Thanks a lot for your co operation with patient. The food service very nice and healthy food. Very tasty meal menu.
