Honest Review - Very Disappointing Experience Repeatedly I have been visiting Aster CMI Hospital, Hebbal for the past 1 year, and this is my honest feedback - the experience has been consistently frustrating and extremely slow every single time. Despite being a large, reputed hospital, there is absolutely no value for patients' time. Everything moves at a snail's pace - whether it's getting a basic consultation, collecting medicines from the pharmacy, or even scheduling appointments. Patients are made to wait unnecessarily for hours with no proper communication or updates. It's just hype and branding - mostly crowded with international patients - but in reality, the system and management are very poor. The worst experience has always been with the Radiology Department. They literally take the entire day just to complete one scan. Patients are made to sit or even lie down for hours, unattended and clueless about what's happening. Even urgent cases are treated casually, and no staff checks or monitors the situation regularly. It's unacceptable. I'm not the only one who feels this way - I've heard the same complaints from several others in the waiting area. Requesting the hospital management to take this seriously and fix these issues immediately. A hospital should prioritize efficiency, communication, and patient care - not just reputation and appearance.

I visited Aster Hospital today to donate blood for a friend's operation, and I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They took the time to explain the entire process, including the benefits of blood donation both for me as a donor and for the recipient. Their guidance made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure. The hospital maintained a clean and organized environment, and everything was handled smoothly. I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring donors understand the importance of their contribution. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely encourage others to donate blood if they get the chance.

Very disappointed with the service at Aster CMI Hospital. The hospital manager's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping patients or providing support, they were dismissive and arrogant. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment where compassion and respect should be a priority. I hope the hospital takes this seriously and improves its staff training and accountability.

My mother recently underwent knee replacement surgery at Aster CMI, Bengaluru, and the experience was truly commendable. The surgery was performed twice, and throughout the process, we found the hospital to maintain excellent cleanliness and a fresh, welcoming environment. Dr. Thirumalesh, lead Consultant - Joint Replacement & Arthroscopic Surgery and his entire team, provided outstanding orthopedic care and delivered the best results. His expertise and reassurance made a huge difference in my mother's recovery journey. He taken very good care while doing entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr Thirumalesh. And special thanks to Mr.Chethan for helping us in coordinating and taken care of all the formalities start from admission to discharging. And I also like to thank nursing staff specially Pavana,Hema, Shanta and from house keeping staff Sunita, Manjula and Nirmala for helping my mother. *

I had a major surgery - liver transplant at Aster CMI. Doctors explained problem, treatment plan, risks very cleaely. Coordinators made our experience smooth. Nursing staff are very compassionate and took care post surgery. Hospital staff follows safety protocols very well, is well maintained. Overall experience is positive.

The hospital is vast and houses all the departments of medicine. Has availability of all the types of radiology diagnostic facilities as well. The doctors and staff are equivocally very humble and kind. Doctors are very keen to listen to your problems and find the root causes. They explain the root causes in a very detailed and in layman's terms.

I was admitted for a week in Aster CMI Hospital (Hebbal, Bangalore) to undergo a liver surgery. Dr.Sonal, Dr. Vachhan and the Integrated Liver Care team (including Anita from the Liver Coordinator team) are one of the most professional, caring, empathetic teams I've come across. They put the patient at ease and are very genuine with the analysis of the patient's condition. Kudos to them for going the extra mile. The anesthesiology team also did an excellent job overall. There are some standout nurses like Ranjitha, Rupsa and Don, and also some excellent male nurses like Vishal & Manoj who went over and beyond to deliver a great experience in patient care when it was most needed. Sister Sukanya did an excellent job with replacing the dressing post surgery. The patient food quality needs to improve and closely aligned with the dietician. Overall, I would definitely recommend Aster Hospital for their overall services and facilities provided. Area of improvement: Availability of surgeons in the OPD needs to be improved. It's important for surgeons to take out at least one day in a week to meet the post-surgery patients.
