Dr. arka hospital

The staff and management here are thieves. They were charging us for the items they didn't even use on the patient, when questioned they lied that they had used the items but when I consulted the doctor who performed surgery then he spoke with the management and told them to remove it. The staff agreed to remove it but after the doctor left the premises then they again started the drama and didn't remove the item from bill. The nurse, the management wowww what kind of artists they are. But me being s stubborn, called the doctor again and then at the end they removed the extra items from bill. This hospital is there to loot you, so be careful. I would suggest to avoid this hospital.

I am very disappointed with the service at this hospital. The staff appeared careless and inattentive, showing little concern for patients' needs. Delays, lack of communication, made the experience stressful and frustrating. I expected better care and attention when patient are suffering with the pain, but unfortunately, the staff's negligence left a very negative impress.

It is important for individuals to exercise caution when seeking treatment from Dr. Pravin. Unfortunately, there have been instances where he was unavailable during emergencies, which can be concerning for patients. Additionally, the reception staff have not facilitated direct contact with the doctor, which is often a standard practice among healthcare providers. In today's healthcare environment, many doctors provide a means for patients to reach them in urgent situations; however, this does not seem to be the case with Dr. Pravin. Or its staff at the reception. His staff at life plus pharmacy is also careless and unprofessional. They will never respond to WhatsApp messages or receive or return your call. And the majority of the time they send the wrong medicine. Dr. Pravin is an excellent doctor who understands his patients but at times it's difficult to reach him.

Dr. Trinath sir general treatment excellent and Dr. Soniya madam general surgeon both doctors given best treatment to me i don't forgot this favour thanks a lot... And nursing care was too good house keeping staff are supported well

Very nice treatment for a first time patient. The advise by doctor n the dietician was quite helpful. The dietician Ms Madhu explained everything in brief, talked humbly n advised to her best. Hoping my diabetic readings will be under full control very soon.

I came to check up my suger Dr Praveen Chandra and Dr Madhumathi helped me to how ho maintain the health and they are very friendly
