Dr. Disha Daignostic and Cardiac Center

This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with DISHA, but this incident was beyond unacceptable. The technician who came for the sample pickup had no idea how to properly prick, which was even more concerning since it involved a newborn. He kept pricking for over half an hour, causing unbearable pain and distress to the baby, yet he continued without any concern. When questioned, he responded arrogantly and then casually suggested getting the test done elsewhere. This level of negligence is dangerous. I do not recommend DISHA for any tests, and based on repeated bad experiences, I strongly believe they should shut down rather than put lives at risk.

Big diagnostic at prime location but no resource management. Facilities are ok. They make us sit and wait unnecessary. Better to choose another diagnosis for any checkup

Worst diagnostic center ever I seen in my life... They take 3 days to provide reports and response is always rude... The Rajiv kulkarni they charge 100 rs on every visit... Sounds like business and whenever i visit the doctor won't be there..... They keep on charging money....everytime..

So so poor at delivering reports.Dont have a facility to send reports over mail.

Such a big diagnostic center but doesn't have basic facilities like receiving the patient's report over email/ WhatsApp even when the payment has been completed processed Updgrading digital accessibility is as important as upgrading infrastructure Doesn't take a minute to learn/ execute

Staff will be either busy on cell phones, or fixing their computers. Receptionist will make you wait for hours without providing you information that the staff that is supposed to perform the testing has not come yet. You will only be notified when you ask them firmly how much more time they need complete the test. Staff is rude and they will keep blaming on one another. Don't recommend at all

Very very horrible experience I got Staff is very irrisponsible, much egoistic, from cashier to laboratian all are busy in their own dreams in the mobile. They see patients twice and mobile ten times, like waiting Adani or Ambanis call for a DEAL. Not referrable to anyone, if we refer then bits our own insulation.

Very old lab, connected with our SBI since inception, I feel good response from local staff , but don't know the earlier comments by visiter little bit rough talk, but I feel uneasiness because since 30 years colours on wall and POP not done by committee of doctors of DISHA LAB.
