We had an extremely distressing experience with Dr.Rekha. After delivery, baby did not cry immediately, which is a critical sign of distress. Despite this, the doctor delayed referring baby to a pediatrician for NICU care, which resulted in severe complications. The baby had swallowed meconium, leading to a lack of oxygen supply to the brain. If doctor acted immediately, baby's condition could have been managed better. Now, while baby is surviving with treatment, there is a high risk of long-term mental health issues due to the delayed response. This level of carelessness and negligence is unacceptable, and I request expecting parents to think twice before choosing this doctor. Medical professionals are trusted with lives, and such a delay in care is simply irresponsible and heartbreaking. I hope this feedback ensures no other family has to go through what we are experiencing.
