Hi No doubt abt doctors & Hospital services is good. Every time there heavy rush of patients in the hospital & most of the patients is waiting for consultation with Doctors one Attender r patient I don't know he is on' ed the TV is busy watching it which is nonsense & stupid act by that person which is disturbetion to other patients non of haspital Staff restricted the person this type act & Why most Appointment with the speciality doctors getting very very difficult in this Hospital like Murali Mohan.B.V. (Pulmonargist) I have been trying for more than 15 to 20 Days he is not all available, No sign of him where he is nobody knew, Even the NH App Booking Staff doesn't knew. Warm Regards Thank You

Wastage to money to do any health check up here. Service quality degrading day by day. Nowadays post breakfast blood sample collection is ruled out of their package or extra amount is charged for the same. TMT if not done for elderly people but still you will not get any refund. If that's the case why don't you keep different package mentioning the same. Worst part was that we did urine culture test for which we were supposed to get report after 2 days. When enquired after 2 days they were clueless of my payment and test report. On 5 day we got the report with contact person mentioning that the sample collected is not proper.

Hospital is good with most services inside and a nice and big parking, but the wait time is honestly terrible with just excuses to pad the frustration.

Though the doctors and treatment is good, staffs are pathetic. And they do not know how to behave to patients and to their attendants. Nobody is clear about the process. It's like a huge SBI.. they make you run from one counter to another without any proper information. They behave like doctors and patients are their slaves

Hospital's rules are too good and provide the care to covid patient too.

Unnecessarily expensive Hospital. Be careful about the test that doctors saying,it's just a business. We do pay because of our lovebles...once the report ready no much attention on the reporter. Doctor should more efficient to say from symptoms, than ask as to do very expensive tests..do basic test if you're doubtful go for next level of tests..vice versa, Other things is bike parking NH is situated at industrial areas they should allow bike parking for reasonable price, it's just basic land asking us to pay Rs20!! Even malls charges RS20 !
