Horrible experience with this doctor as his secretary dismissed us by saying that doctor does not see first time patients...if that's the case they shouldn't show the available slots on the app to book...we came in because the patient was complaining from chest pain..what kind of doctor sends away the patient without even seeing once...the secretary name is Ashik Hossain halder...this is my first experience where the doctor denied to see itself and on top of it they don't have way to refund the money yet...not sure what kind of doctor or hospital does this.. Even if the patient has booked wrongly..we are always requested to see some other doctor..or given options as to what to be done..but getting straight forward denied and not getting callback so far for refund is the first time..very very unprofessional..this shows that they are behind some specific set of cases and money but not to humbly treat the patients
