Went for my father. Cardiologist from Guwahati advised him for permanent pacemaker implant after investigation, went to Dr Kapil Sir , he ruled advised no cardiac pacemaker needed and an ENT consultation. ENT diagnosed it as BPPV. Sir saved my father from mistreatment.

Most worst experience had ever. Doesn't speak with patients in a good manner. Doesn't ask even patients about their issues. Same feedback received from others patients too and came to know Narayana hospital itself become a biggest business unit of medical test, referring to other department, other doctors. Patient parties are entering into a infinite look while coming at Narayana Hospital to such Doctor. Strictly Recommended to common Indian people who seek actual treatment with good behavior...please go to Manipal (Old Airport road).

I came all the way from Bangladesh to get a clear idea about my condition. He didn't even listen to my problems clearly, and wrote wrong information in the history. He's rude and impatient, and told me to talk about my problems quickly. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else

I booked an appointment through their app. Waited an hour to meet the doctor. Doctor rudely asked me to go meet another doctor and cancelled my appointment. A bit of humility will do him good

With very high expectations, I had a brief consultation with the Doctor and noticed that his behaviour to the patient is cool and impolite. He keep the patient away rather than showing affinity. I didn't feel that he has seen me adequately and as such feel unsatisfied.

One of the worst doctors I have seen in my life. I asked many queries and no good reply was provided. As a professional doctor, he should at least provide the root cause of the symptoms or tell me at least what he thinks/suggests. The best reply you can listen from a doctor - that can happen to me also what will I do then? He was not at all listening to my queries. I wasted my Rs 2000 for 2 - 3 mins. From looks you may think he is a decent doctor but he is 3rd class human being. Such a waste. Shame on you for calling yourself a Doctor.

Very rude and not attentive towards the questions asked by patient party.
