I had a devastating experience with Dr. Binay Kumar at Seva Sadan Ranchi on the night of 31stMarch, 2025 at . He operated on my mother during a cardiac arrest, assuring us she would recover. Next day would be observation day and day after she would be released, I was relaxed by his statement before signing the consent and proceeding with Operation. However, within 30-45 minutes, he told us the case became critical, as the nerves is still blocked and due to his misconduct during operation, I lost her. I don't understand that his operation task was to clean the nerve, then how the nerve is still blocked and not pumping ? As per his explanation he told there were 3 nerves. 1 nerve was not functioning and it is normal, rest task was to clean two nerves and he could not operate two nerves, made mistake somewhere and I had to loose mother. What deeply troubles me is that during my mother cremation, We noticed fresh blood coming from her body, raising serious doubts about whether she had actually passed away during the operation or if something else happened. Hospital immediately get all your sign and immediately creates death certificate and wrap the body fully so, that you can't understand what went wrong. I question the doctor's skills and ethics based on my experience and would not recommend him for critical procedures. If you are considering treatment under his care, please proceed with caution.
