Dr. Pulse Diagnostics & Imaging Centre

Non cooperative staff, no accountability for patient. Fully commercial center, money minded with worst service ever. Gave one star just to post my review and people aware.

The staff in the ECHO room is not friendly. It doesn't cost much to a give a smile or greet your customers. Also they don't change bed lining/bed sheet/bed cover nor put a disposable bed cover after every patient. Every patient seems to lying on the same bed with their shirt open.

Horrible diagnostic center, the cleaning staff is very rude and the staff first says on call that it will take an hour for CT and once reach it takes 4-5 hours. It's a horrible center. The cleaning staff, some lady will start arguing with patients and will yell like anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Disappointed with Dr. Praveen Kumar (M.B.B.S, D.M.R.D - Radiology) Rating: (1/5) I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Praveen Kumar, the USG technician at Pulse Diagnostics & Imaging Centre During my first ultrasound, I specifically asked about any kidney issues--he confidently said, "Everything is normal." After my appendectomy, I underwent a second USG done by the same doctor, which suddenly reported a 5 mm kidney stone in my right kidney. When I asked why this wasn't detected earlier, he shrugged and said, "I don't know. I'm just telling you what I see now." His dismissive, arrogant attitude, lack of explanation, and inconsistent reporting caused me extreme anxiety. It even led to an unnecessary CT scan, which later confirmed there was no stone at all. In a sensitive medical setting, patients expect clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Dr. Praveen's behavior failed on all three counts. Summary of Rest of My Experience at Pulse Super Speciality Hospital: Dr. Mayank Shekhar Sharma (General & GI Surgery) - Excellent diagnosis, timely surgery, and post-op care. Dr. Asif Khan (Anesthesia) - Smooth and safe anesthesia experience. Dr. Prem Kumar (Urology) - Helped clear up the misdiagnosis; very calm and reassuring. Nurses - Sister Rozenah, Nirupamma, and others were compassionate and caring. Reception (Ms. Gurleen Kaur) - Extremely helpful with appointments and queries. TPA Team (Suraj & Kiran) - Guided us through cashless insurance smoothly. Insurance Survey Agent - Demanded a bribe to approve the claim. Male Post-op Nurse 3rd floor - Misbehaved with my family and was unprofessional during recovery. Overall Rating: (3/5) The hospital has good doctors and staff--but the diagnostic errors, unethical survey process, and unprofessional behavior by some ruined an otherwise promising experience

Very very low category diagnostic center. Staff specialy name Azad behave very badly. He is behave like a gawar. I have very bad experience with them. After payment they thik we are in their pawn. They have waiting us a long time and asking for cancellation they called there is no refund process. They have asked ten minutes ten minutes and take very much time. I am strongly suggest you there is lots of diagnostic center and doctor. Please meet the doctor some where elsa. Avoid diagnostic center...

Me as a Medical health worker I have visited many of the diagnostic centres in Ranchi But this diagnostic centre is my worst experience in pulse diagnostic centre Specially the OPD staffs They just behaving like you're nothing for them

My experience here was very beneficial and I will recommend more and more people to come here. Good experience.

Blood tests facilities are good lab technician is very politely behaved and receptionist is very competitive all okay I'm very satisfied
