Dr. Prabhawati Hospital

So nice and peaceful place. Cleanliness has been maintained well. Doctors and nurses are friendly and they don't let you feel strange .They will talk to you in such a friendly manner that will make you feel confortable . That's the best thing i love about any Doctor .

They have the best in class staff and the best doctors.

Because I have to write review about this hospital I need to rate it...but it doesn't even deserve a single star...Worst hospital I have ever seen. Few years back my uncle visited the doctor for regular check-up and he was well that time but the doctor said they have to admit him...and then in the hospital his health started deteriorating and he was put in ventilator later he died in the hospital.Worst hospital and doctor.

Absolutely useless nurses and staff. Not a single member concerned about the wellbeing of patient. No social distancing, not even a proper chair for a person to sit. Super late response with the system . People have no clue what's going on with each other.

Plz Don't suggest for this, they keep the patient, with themselves even they don't have the hitech technology, after keeping 6-7 days when my grandpaa, gets serious they put it to ICU and said now you can refer somewhere else giving a reason of lack of equipments! What the heck

The worst hospital in Ranchi, a walking patient aged 42 admitted with minor problem in breathing and next day died in the hospital. The patient had never before history of breathing problem. What one can say about such a hospital.

Poor customer service, CSE keeps ignoring customers questions, i have to ask same questions again and again, but they are busy in their Smartphone. If you are thinking to have some test only, NO OPTION. TEST WILL BE CONDUCTED IF AND ONLY IF YOU ARE THEIR PATIENT. OTHERWISE PAY FEE OF DOCTOR.
