Very disappointing experience. I visited this hospital for an important medical test, but it couldn't be done because the machine was not functioning properly. After waiting and preparing myself mentally, I was told at the last moment that the test cannot proceed -- no prior notice, no apology, nothing. The equipment seems outdated and unreliable, which is not acceptable in a place where people come hoping for proper care. On top of that, there was a clear lack of urgency or responsibility from the staff. When people come to a hospital, especially for sensitive or time-bound health issues, they expect professionalism, proper facilities, and timely service -- none of which were provided today. Hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves both its equipment and the way it communicates with patients

Good hospital with polite & friendly staffs, nurses & doctors are welcoming with all modern facilities but giving only 3 stars because of some annoying staff specially the lady with the name plate Komal, she passed wrong information to my relatives which we fortunately later reconfirmed with other nurses and doctors, she repeatedly tried to do unnecessary small talk and forced us to give review for the hospital which we delayed. Although all other staffs were very helpful only some untrained staff is very alarming in a reputed hospital environment I hope hospital management reviews it and corrects it, other than that highly recommend from my side.

We trusted Dr. Satyajeet Kumar and admitted our newborn daughter, a preterm baby, to his NICU. We hoped she would receive the best possible care. But what we experienced over two months was nothing short of negligence, emotional trauma, and false hopes. From Day 15, her condition was deteriorating, but not once did Dr. Satyajeet inform us of the actual situation. For 60 days, all we were told was: "She is critical but stable. Don't lose hope. She will come out of it." No medical clarity. No test updates. No action plan. Just false reassurances. When we shifted her to another hospital (at the very last moment), the diagnosis was shocking: * Her heart, liver, and kidneys were failing * Her sodium levels were dangerously high (155) * She had early-stage intestinal disease, caused by overfeeding, something any skilled neonatologist should have monitored * Her blood pressure was unstable All of this went undetected under Dr. Satyajeet's watch. Either he did not know, or he chose not to tell us. Either way, it is medical negligence. He only referred our child to another hospital when she was already collapsing, to avoid accountability. Had he referred earlier, our child might have had a chance. We lost her -- and he walked away with no explanation. * No transparency in billing. * Charged for ventilators even when the child was on CPAP or NIV. * Hospital staff like Mohan Singh openly demand bribes - chicken, mutton, money - to "look after" the child. * Receptionists are rude, untrained, and insensitive. Do not trust this hospital with your child's life. I request the government and medical board to investigate this hospital and its practices. Shut it down or place it under strict regulation. We went there with hope. We came back empty-handed. No parent deserves this pain.

Despite being called a "gold medalist" pediatrician, I found Dr. Satyajeet Kumar to be extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and negligent in his approach. I have serious doubts about his qualifications and capabilities as a pediatric doctor. Based on my personal experience, he: * Did not communicate properly with us even once in 2 months. * Gave us vague and false reassurances daily like: "Your child is critical, but stable." "Don't worry, she's improving." * Failed to diagnose even the basic and critical health issues in my child, who was in NICU for 60 days under his care. When we shifted her to another hospital, within just 5 days, we were informed that: * Her heart, kidney, and liver were not functioning properly. * Sodium levels were dangerously high. * She had an intestinal disease, possibly due to overfeeding, which a competent neonatologist would have avoided with a preterm baby. This was never detected by Dr. Satyajeet in 2 months. To make matters worse, he only referred her to another hospital when she was on the verge of collapse, just to escape responsibility.

We visited Dr. Satyajit twice and were quite disappointed with the experience. While he appears knowledgeable, his attitude towards patients is dismissive and unprofessional. He does not entertain follow-up queries and shows little interest in patient involvement. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple follow-up, he walked away without even acknowledging us. A basic courtesy or a minute of his time would have made a big difference. Sadly, this lack of empathy and patient care makes it difficult to recommend him.....it's better to go for dr.pratik.instead of him and you will find the difference.

I took my 12 days baby to the pediatrician doctor, the charge is rs. 700 then the doctor seems busy had given few mins for queries then I was told to get medical report before he could suggest any medicine. When I got the report , the punctual doctor left the clinic. Later on I went to another doctor I found that my baby is suffering from very serious jaundice. The junior doctor in the balgopal clinic was able to tell by observing the baby. I highly question is so called GOLD medal I suggest being an attentive doctor rather than show-off doctor. Message to doctor: your attention matters not medal.

I traveled all the way from Parsnath to Ranchi--roughly 170-200 km--with the hope of getting my son treated by Dr. Satyajeet Kumar at Little Heart Hospital. Before starting our journey, I called the hospital to inform them about our visit and requested that we be considered in the queue, given the long distance we were traveling. Unfortunately, there was no consideration or clear response. We reached the hospital around 2:00 PM after a tiring journey through traffic. Upon arrival, I paid 700 at the reception and again requested that the doctor be informed about our situation. Despite Dr. Satyajeet being present in his chamber and seeing other patients, I was told--rather rudely--that I would have to wait until 7:00 PM. Multiple polite requests were ignored, and there was no empathy shown toward a family that had traveled such a long way for their child's health. Disheartened, I decided to take my money back and left. Thankfully, I visited Ankur Hospital, where Dr. Deepak attended to my son with care and professionalism. By God's grace, my son is now doing well. While I had high hopes from Little Heart Hospital, my experience was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope they work on improving their patient management and show more empathy to those who come from distant places seeking timely medical care.
