I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Nishith Kumar. He was extremely thorough and very professional.Actually I would go on to appreciate his entire staff and management. Very well deserved 5 stars.

Doctor is good but management is very poor. Staff didn't know how to behave with the patient.after spending 6 hours still you have to wait. Staff send other person who just came and ignored the patient who is waiting from morning.

My experience was unlike the ones highlighted here. The doctor did not arrive even after waiting for 2 hours. I had to ultimately cancel the appointment and leave. I understand there can be changes in schedule, but the hospital management could do better in coordinating with visiting doctors and intimate patients who have booked prior appointments well in time of possible delay, and not after payment is made. Moreover, they withheld 100 rs as registration fees, without offering any services, felt illegal and unjustified ,didn't argue much as was running out of time.
