Worst hospital, elevator/lift not working, no ac, no fan.. only asking money.. there is no facility... very expensive hospital compare to facilities they provides.. I won't suggest.. My uncle admitted here for pacemaker and heart issue

Worst Hospital Experience - Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this hospital. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. Rather than providing care and support during a stressful time, they treated us with arrogance and impatience. What's worse, there was absolutely no transparency throughout the process. We were kept in the dark about the treatment being given, and no one bothered to explain anything clearly. It felt like we were constantly begging for basic information about our patient's condition, discharge process, and billing. The hospital's communication was abysmal, and it's clear that patient care is not their priority. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful treatment, clear communication, or even basic professionalism. Patients deserve better.

This is the worst private hospital I have ever seen in my life. They hire various brokers to pressure people into admitting patients. I also admitted my father here, but they kept him in the ICU and his condition kept getting worse day by day. Eventually, when his condition became critical, they shifted him to a private room that cost 3,500 per day. In my opinion, this is the worst hospital for treating serious illnesses that I have ever encountered .

AVOID THIS ALAM HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS I'm writing this review as a warning to others after our horrific experience at this hospital. We admitted our grandparents, trusting the facility to provide quality care. Tragically, their health deteriorated rapidly, and they passed away without having any serious pre-existing conditions. The ALAM hospital's negligence and subpar treatment are solely responsible for this devastating outcome. The lack of proper care and attention is appalling, and I firmly believe that this hospital can put even a healthy individual's life at risk. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital, even in emergency situations. The risk to your health and well-being is simply not worth it. *DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL WITH YOUR LOVED ONES' LIVES.

Overall the hospital is good and nurses are good.My father was diagnosed with pancreatitis and admitted since 45 days and finally we are going safely and with good recovery of my father.

The hospital is really clean and the staff is really cooperative. This hospital is tie up with defence so all the the ex-servicemen and family goes in this hospital. It is located near RIMS.

Dr Ritesh has been very kind to the patient (my father) and has given the best of treatment who has been diagnosed with cardiac issues. He has addressed us in a very polite manner explaining every detail of the issue and the treatment to be provided. The nurses inside the CCU who has been taking care of my father daily has been one of the best support staffs in the industry i have experienced. I strongly recommend Dr Ritesh for Cardiac treatment to everyone

Doctor is good but rest facility is very bad for patients and attendent because there is no any facilities to rest and stay during treatment of patients in this hospital.
