Extremely poor management....when u have good opd atleast increase the number of registration counters ...there is only 4 and above all each one of them is taking so long to register for consultancy or any other services .....if u cant handle the digitalisation better go for manual pen and paper.....seriously just for getting consultancy u have to stand in line for more than an hour....zero star for management

Poor management. Extremely Rude receptionist at opd counter no.2 . The hospital is acutely understaffed and equipped with ancient computers resulting in endless queue for billing or registration. Nurses are cooperative. Overall a pathetic experience :(

CCU-3 , V.S Ojha Dr. Neeraj Prasad Doctor was helpful and quick in resolution kudos to the doctor for treatment and quick surgery The admission staff can be more courteous and neither billing nor any other receptionist helped us be aware of hospital being under ayushmaan card. We were rushed to make the payments in cash. Greedy behaviour. All the receptionist , specially registration and emergency admission counter are very rude. They talk as if they are doing us a favour by doing their basic duty. The premium is charged on everything and everything is overpriced in comparison. And the patient is paying, still they behave like this. Me being a civil and soft spoken person if i am facing this i cant imaging their rudeness to other people , specially economically weaker. Deplorable behaviour. Not informing the patient of how they can reduce the cost using government insurance doesnt make sense to me. The hospital is eventually getting the same money from the government. Greed cannot be a motivation maybe exploiting people is what the hospital seems to enjoy. Just so they get the money asap they let people suffer the financial brunt. Exploitative behaviour. The sole reason i ever see myself visiting this hospital is the fact that my grandfather trusts DR. Neeraj Prasad . Who has been upfront and attentive , explaining the procedures and health impact etc. The only proper interaction i had with the staff was the doctor and head nurse rest all are rude and arrogant beyond comprehension.
