Dr. Patliputra Hospital

Staffs in ICU are very rude. They do not know their job and not trained adequately. They do not have facility for conducting tests. Patient whose movement was restricted was taken to near by clinic for test for which I was asked to arrange for ambulance instead of arranging themselves. They should have arranged the ambulance and charged us for the same, but I was asked to arrange for it which was unprofessional. I would request management to look into these aspects and uphold the reputation of the hospital which is know for good service.

My operation was done by Dr. B.K purohit and he is a very good surgeon All the staffs were good and well behaved. Hygiene and cleanliness were also maintained on regular basis. Thank you. Cons- Delayed discharging process. Note: I was admitted through TPA (SBI Insurance) service. Need to be cautious with TPA's processing.

Not Good as Per Treatment, Unnecessary undefined cost adding during discharge of Patient, Nurse are Good and Supportive. Not Recommended for critical or Mild Critical also, for Fever and cold cough hope it's Good, Cleanliness and Hygiene are Good . Some Doctor Good. Hospital Management only focus on Money Collection. Management Staff Behaviour are rude Most of them are Not Trained Properly about Patient Service and Way of Talking.

Door me lock nahi hai and hospital me Doctor's nahi only doctor's ka list hai board me..

Don't go to Dr Vidisha Drolia( Gyno. Specialist).She gets panick attack at the operation theatre,which will ultimately get transfer to the patient also at the operation theatre. she is not competent enough to be a Surgeon... Kindly maintain distance...

Worst ever Hospital Experience so far PATLIPUTRA HOSPITAL DHANBAD THE WORST !! Very poor experience in this hospital, the nursing staffs are somewhat okay, the doctors have very poor attitude towards patient the management is pathetic all they keep in mind is money (They are not there for service, they are there to cut pockets of poor patient family) they were being very unsupportive during discharge of patient. I request all dear public & Patient please use your resources carefully and in the right hospital. The prices for each treatment is comparatively much higher and the results are average you have to suffer a lot Take my case as example: I admitted my wife as she had stomach pain, initially doctor estimated appendix I have done all the test as suggested, the CT scan report they given after 24 hrs. in between doctor and management both forced me to opt for surgery to which we initially denied saying we have not seen the report of CT scan by the time I got report which is after 24hrs. (Don't know what they were doing that it took 24hrs usually other private centre give report within 4hrs but they need 24 hrs for CT scan) during budget briefing they committed the charges for appendicitis operation range between 30k-35k but since I denied initially before CT scan report they have now taken things in their ego and when I get confirmation that the money has been arranged I requested management that I'm ready for operation but now they were asking 1.5Lakhs Rs. for the same operation. (Loot macha rakha hai) To which I asked to discharge my patient on which they were deliberately delaying the discharge process also they have given LAMA as discharge type which means I have gone against the doctors advice. Ab aaplog decide karo aise hospital me Jana ya thoda research karke achhe hospital me Please don't see the fancy building, fancy doctor board they are super idiots with no heart and service intention (All they care for is money) Thank you!!
