Dr. M.P. Heart Centre

The compounder and the support staff are very rude and they act like they are the doctors. The doctor is amazing and I have no issues there. But the attending compounder is horrible. I called 3 times to get an alternative of a medicine as I was not getting it anywhere, but never got a straight response. Instead he started lecturing me how other patients are getting the medicine. He was not listening what I had to say, was only talking. I told him I came a month ago and then a follow up 3 days ago and doctor asked to continue the same medicine. He started questioning me that prescription is a month old, there is no new date. How can I believe you came 3 days ago. I said doctor asked to continue same medicine and did not change anything. Again he started debating why there is no new date in the prescription. I said ask that to the doctor why he didn't write the new date there. I did not issue the prescription. The doctor did. He was not ready to give any answer, was just asking return questions and trying to shed off the responsibility. I also told him I just need an alternate, I live more than 20 kms away. even if the medicine is available at your location, I wont get it here and I am not getting it even online. But he was in his own different world and didn't try to understand what I was saying. Just babble continuously about this and that.

This doctor don't even know how to talk to the people don't recommend highly arrogant man, and his staffs are also dumb... don't recommend try other options

Compounder and support staff are rude. They behave like they are providing services for free and will not answer any of your query without being rude.

The good quality specialist private sector hospital and spacious parking space and peaceful area
