Dr. Neelam Hospital & Research Centre-Multispecialty Hospital in Bokaro

Trust me this is the worst hospital I have ever been to. My father was admitted here. They charged heavily for just observation. I am a person living in Bangalore. The observation that my father went through was very nominal and they charged around 20k for that. They are literally looting people. The worst experience ever.

Very disappointed with the service here. My brother had a leg fracture and was admitted in stable condition. But the hospital staff showed no urgency and didn't do a proper check-up. He went unconscious the next day, and we had to shift him to Bokaro General Hospital on our own risk. There, doctors found that he also had rib fractures which were missed completely at Neelam Hospital. This kind of negligence could have been fatal. Not recommended for emergency or serious cases.

1.) Very bad quality of service like washroom floor area and bedsheet. 2.)nurse and medical staff not available during night 3.)behaviour of the nurses and hospital staff with 000 level All nurse have no any experience regarding sline and injection

Nurse and staffs they are helpful ... And doctor Sujit Singh one of the best cardiologist overall hospital very good And special thankful hospital management..

Highly costly and special for children,And basic machine are unavailable. more Crowed area

Worst Hospital, All staffs are corrupt and don't know how to talk with patient. behavior of staff was very bad. Counter girl staff also very rude and all time screaming. they all are very bad.. my very bad experience in this hospital. and they all sucking money. Fees was so high..

This hospital is very good. Treatment of all types of patients are done here. It is very close to my house. It is very clean and hygienic place. All types of machines are available here. Like city scan, x-ray, etc. All the medicines given by the doctor works properly and the patient get off from their problems quickly.

their ladies staff talks like illiterate people they have only 2 or 3 doctors only also Dr Kejriwal now a days busy only in politics so better to ignore this hospital. And one more thing is good that they accept golden card here but if a patient or patient family asked them for bill of ayushman scheme they will not share with you also their receptionist will start insulting.
