Dr. Asarfi Hospital

I had a good experience during my treatment here. A special thanks to Dr. Sumeet Sir from the Medicine Department and Dr. Rajesh Singh Sir from the Neuro Department for their expert care and support in helping me to recover. Their guidance made a big difference. All the staff members were helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. However, one issue I faced was the long waiting time while collecting medicines -- it could definitely be improved.

Worst experience ever had by paying so much money doctors and nurses are excellent but other staff behaviour is worst. They treating people like a hell we coming here for the treatment, but this people are treating us like we are animals very very rude even government hospital staff behaviours better than them There is no proper arrangement for the attendant of patient gurds switch off the fan in waiting room Management should take actions otherwise no one will go

Traveled over 55 km from one side, took leave from work, and hurried to Asarfi Hospital with my prescription to meet the doctor. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, I had to leave without seeing the doctor because I had to catch my train for home. I never got the appointment I came for. A doctor is considered a manifestation of God--but without patients, one has no purpose. When someone goes so far and invests both time and money to see you, it's only fair to respect that commitment. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your appointment system or patient communication, especially in private hospitals. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the hospital canteen at Asarfi Hospital. After 2:30 PM, lunch is regularly denied to non-nursing staff, while nursing staff continue to be served. This unequal treatment is unfair and discriminatory. Moreover, the quality of the food is poor, and the behaviour of the canteen staff is often rude and unprofessional. I request your urgent attention to ensure: Equal lunch service for all staff. Improved food quality. Strict action against misbehaving canteen staff. Thank you for your consideration.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The hospital is run with shockingly poor management and utterly unprofessional staff. They behave as if they're working in a government facility while charging exorbitant private hospital fees. The service is appalling, staff lack basic decency and courtesy, and patient care seems to be the least of their priorities. Save yourself the frustration -- avoid this place at all costs.

It's the worst hospital I have ever seen..In the name of hospital, it has been formed to grab money from patient and patient family...I had experienced it two times and both the times it grabbed money from my family..One time when my father was admitted in the hospital in emergency ward in the year 2022 and another time my sister was admitted during emergency case for miscarriage Management should learn what does emergency mean... They just admitted patient and put syringe so that they can extract money...No doc will arrive to diagnose patients...even if they are in severe pain...we never ready to admit my sister...but in the name of blood bank monopoly she was been referred over here...Doc are unskilled, they ask information from there interns.... For 14 hours , they charged my sister approx 25k without proper doc consultation and medication..

My sister had a gall bladder operation which was done by Dr Krishna Sir in Asarfi Hospital, now my sister is completely fine. Krishna Sir's treatments and behavior are very good. If the doctor is like him, then half the patient's illness will be cured just by talking to the doctor. Sir, he always remains positive. Thank you Sir, thanks Pradeep ji. You have cooperated a lot.
