Had an amazing experience at Paras Health, especially with Mr. Adil in the pharmacy section. He guided me so well regarding my mother's prescriptions. He's always polite and gives his full attention. My sister delivered her baby at Paras Srinagar, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Usually in Kashmir we dread the post op care but the nursing staff did a wonderful job. They literally took care of everything, from feeding the baby to changing which is very rare in a place like Kashmir. The doctors were obviously very good, well usually in Kashmir the doctors are good but I also found them courteous and time giving. They weren't in a rush which is also rare in Kashmir. I would especially want to mention the director of the hospital who was so humble and came to specially meet us and made sure we were given every facility possible. The Manager of the hospital was available 24*7 and he was truly hands on. We are truly thankful. I would definitely recommend the hospital for any mom-to-be to consider Paras for a seamless experience to begin their motherhood journey.
