It was good ...staff polite and good cleanliness But 1. There should be one extra bed sheet for attendant at night 2.Ac was showing error ....SEVERAL TIMES

Very well satisfied with the service and the staff is very sweet and polite with the patients doctors are also very polite and well versed with the knowledge. Happy with the service overall but very much disappointed with the insurance department. They force people to pay cash and try to delay the procedure. They harrass people to pay so that the company get payment in cash and the concerned person face the reimbursement procedures later on.

"I was admitted to a private room, having paid extra for an AC room. Unfortunately, the AC was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I reached out to maintenance for help, the response was both unprofessional and rude. It's incredibly disappointing to pay for a service and not have it delivered, especially when customer service is lacking. I expect much better from a hospital that should prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this facility to others."

Our experience at Jk Medicity Hospital in Jammu was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. The treatment was very satisfactory. Although the rooms in general need a upgrade. Else everything was very good.

Jammu City has few private Hospitals it's one of them, As the private Hospital standards I don't think it matches with other big cities or infact Tier2 city hospitals, room thats been offered to me was semi deluxe it was not cleaned well after requesting 3-4 times then the staff arrived, apart you have to call the staff for assistance they don't come by their own. Hygiene wise I will give it a 2 star rating. Rest 3 would be the best.

It would be more efficient and hygienic to have the laboratory and bathroom located together. The bathroom should be kept clean at all times, and handwash must be provided to maintain basic hygiene standards. Currently, the overall hygiene in the hospital is poor. Additionally, the process for making payments is inconvenient--patients are required to move between floors due to the presence of two separate reception counters, which seems unnecessary and should be streamlined.

Had a good experience today (12 April 2025). Visited for procedure . Highly professional staff, Cleanliness maintained,doctors/nurses attended properly . Also had a word with Md Sir and Mr Sohail ji (both of them really concerned for well-being of patients and also having first hand reviews of patients themselves).Indeed Jk medicity is going to be one of the finest health institutions of J&k. Highly recommended!!!!

Worst hospital , if u can't handle patient dnt empallaned with tpa . Attendent have to run door to door for room and ward bed ,worst
