If I had the option, I wouldn't hesitate to give zero or even negative stars to this institute. The entire experience was deeply disappointing, with the doctor and staff displaying an extremely money-minded attitude and consistently misbehaving with patients--especially those referred through ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme). The basement area is in a deplorable condition, poorly maintained and lacking basic cleanliness. Cardiology patients, in particular, require empathy, respectful behavior, and attentive care from both doctors and hospital staff. Unfortunately, this facility fails on all fronts. It's not just the patients but their attendants too who should consider filing formal complaints. Relevant government authorities should also step in, review patient feedback, and take necessary action against such neglect and misconduct. Ultimately, the health and dignity of your loved ones matter most. Think twice before booking an appointment here--especially when it comes to the behavior and ethics of the medical professionals involved.

This hospital is extremely poor. The doctors aren't on time, the staff is useless. Only the security guard uncle is good here. Anyone can come anytime, there's no fixed time. Who gave them a license? Shut this pathetic, third-class hospital down. They only care about money.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. It is clear that their primary concern is money, not the well-being of patients. The staff rushes through appointments without taking the time to understand individual concerns. They see so many patients in a day, it's impossible for them to provide personalized care. The focus seems to be on turning over as many patients as possible, rather than actually addressing their needs. It's a broken system where the quality of care is sacrificed for profit. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine care or attention.BTW it used to be good few years ago.

A well equipped hospital with competent medical staff. The doctor is highly competent , intelligent and exhibits a true professional approach towards patients. I was attended and treated to my and my wife's best satisfaction.

He prescribed my father a very heavy dose and told him it is a rart attack. And then we visited Delhi heart and lungs institute, there DR KK SETHI diagnosed and told it was never heart attack, he had irregular heart beats. Please don't go here. People who don't know where do find a good cardiologist, please go to Delhi heart and lungs institute and search it on Google as well. Trust me.

Doctor told my father " tu to heart attack se hi marega " . Seriously this is the way you deal with a heart patient . In nut shell it was a pathetic experience . Your receptionist lady misbehaved . your sitting area was like bus stand .
