Horrible behaviour of the staff assisting visiting doctors. They lack basic etiquettes to behave with patients and their attendants. Such places require highly professional staff for its smooth functioning.

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Hospital at All Costs! If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. The staff here is completely unprofessional, rude, and lack even the basic skills of communication and empathy. From the moment i called in, I was treated with disrespect and indifference.

I don't know what is the hype about all this RKC. Laboratory is the worst their tests vary too much which can be life threatening. My mother had kidney stone and they suggested her operation and they also declared her fit for the surgery. But we knew that the test results don't match with what we had from the previous tests. I thank God we again repeated the test in which she was not fit for the surgery. I found the doctor ill mannered. He would scold the staff with words such as (Gadha) in front of patients and with patients too he would talk rudely. It is very unfortunate that we people look for a doctor and all we get is the business men in white coats. Just name fame and empty inside. This is my experience it may vary with yours.

My uncle was suffering with uti and 4mm renal stone he visited to rkc to meet Dr. Suri but at night he was not present but one duty doctor name dr. Arjun was there he deals with his pain soo polietly and given him some medicine and diet chart we visit there again but he was not there please dr. Dr. Amit is the best urologist in Jammu. The way he treats his patients and manages his employees is excellent.

This review is about the management and staff and not about the doctor. Worst experience ever. They are charging money like anything. After first consultation doctor recommended a test, when I came with the report they asked me to pay again. Least they can do is to make sure that Doctor sees the report in the first payment and then I am willing to pay as many times they want depending on the requirement. It's also not just about the money but the way they talk, it's completely unprofessional. Also, they mention that they have a parking but when I went to park my car, parking asked for money and said this is general paid parking and gas nothing to do with this center. Higher management must look into these matters.
