Atulya Lab Jewel - A Disappointing Experience My experience with Atulya Lab Jewel has been very disappointing. The staff is unprofessional and uncooperative. Reports are never delivered on time, and whenever you ask for an update, they keep giving the same excuse - "the machines are not working." This has happened multiple times. Instead of helping, the staff argues with customers, which is completely unacceptable for a medical laboratory. I strongly recommend that the management take immediate steps to train their staff, improve customer service, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
