I have been visiting this hospital with my family for a long time and have always appreciated the excellent medical care and facilities. The staff is generally professional, and the services have been satisfactory. However, on 5th February 2025, I noticed something that could be improved. My mother was admitted, and during the day shift near Room 108, some ward staff, particularly the ward sisters, were playing loud music, singing, and laughing excessively. This created a disruptive environment for the patients who needed rest and a peaceful atmosphere for recovery. While I understand that staff members work long hours and need breaks, ensuring a calm and professional hospital environment should always be a priority. I hope the management looks into this so that patients and their attendants have a more comfortable experience. Overall, the hospital provides great medical care, but small improvements in staff conduct can enhance the experience even further.

Despite relocating from Gujarat to Solan, I was fortunate to find their exceptional services. The doctors at Shri Balmukand Apex Hospital are excellent, but the system for issuing registration slips is very poor. Most people end up paying an extra 100 for an 'emergency' slip, as patients with regular registration slips are kept waiting, even if they are senior citizens or patients who urgently need medical assistance. There is no attention given to those who opt for the normal registration slip. The so-called 'emergency' slip seems to be just a way to charge extra and cause unnecessary inconvenience to patients.
