Such a good hospital for ear treatment. The behaviour of the Mr.Balbir Chauhan is very friendly who helps to remove ear wax which gives me pain form last 10 days. Mr.Balbir chauhan I am very grateful to you. (But other staff need of training to handle the patient properly and aslo change in thier behaviour )

with prior morning appointment I visited Shiva Hosp. to see ENT doctor, however, on reaching, I was told he has gone out for breakfast during my scheduled time. I waited for an hour, but in vain. Secondly, front office staff needs proper training to deal with patients. Doctors charge fees for their time, however there is no value for the time of patients who are waiting for them endlessly, bizarre.
