Dr. Regional Hospital Kullu

My personal experience with this hospital was abysmal. And the doctor, oh my god, the doctor was the worst. Dr. Ashok Vihar from the Ortho department was simply the worst, rude, superficial not to mention an ableist through and through. The man did not even giving a proper check-up and treated my like some sort of subhuman. It's is hilarious how people like him can be employed in the field where empathy is the first and foremost of the requirements. Not recommended.

Dr. Richa Sharma very arrogant doctor. Wasting other's time.. supporting there known for backdoor entry and let normal person suffer for whole day and then not even attending them . we're 3 persons left only and time was 3:45 ,after that one outsider came out of the line and she attended him because he was her known and for 15 minutes she attended him and at 4 pm she just said I'll not check anyone. And we 3 just wasted our whole day there.... Thanks for such experience

Local healthcare lifeline, also serving as covid vaccination center The facility also double up as covid treatment center. Very good and able medical staff. Food served is a bit sad. All the beds have cctv installed so that doctors can keep watch on patients. Nurses visit patients every 3 hours to check vitals and administer scheduled doses. Having spent 7 days in covid ward, i must say, thank you.to government and hospital staff.

This hospital is the main for kullu, manali and lahaul spiti. There is no shortage of any kind in this hospital.Due to lack of staff and doctors not coming on time, the treatment is not complete. Kullu hospital is the first in entire Himachal Pradesh where online OPD slips are available . the hospital is located at a distance of 1 kilometer from Kullu bus stand.Hospital filled in the lap of nature all around .

The doctors are very impolite they behave like they own us or all the staff of this hospital specially nurses don't have any manners how to talk with a patient one nurse in labour room ward told me that if you want facilities go to private hospital ( So i strongly recommend to everyone don't bring your family members to this hospital)

People in kullu and adjoining areas of the district have trust and faith in govt operated hospitals..But most of the staff members themselves do not trust the authenticity of the various diagnostic reports which are carried out here on day to day basis.....I think the hospital should be provided with latest machinery and various new age equipments. Recently I observed toilets under construction on every floor which is more miserable...I hope with the growing population of patients in future there is some improvement in the services the hospital provides...No doubt the staff is very cooperative..

Doctors here only work for emergency cases, we are waiting outside of room no. 119 from 9am in morning. No doctors till time of 12:40. We tried to talk with gaurds they said doctor is in round and will available by 12noon still no sign of any doctors. At registration area they should have told us that doctor will not able to check any patient's due to emergency, so no ones need to wait here by standing from hours. Or else they should have signed extra doctors for general checkup only. Every middle class people wait patiencely but no one taking responsibility.

Dr Vivek very intelligent and supportive but their security staff is very very stupid no good behavior no talking sence very stupid ladies
